One of the best veterinary clinics I've encountered. All Pets was recommended to me by a pet…read moreowning/loving coworker. As a young professional whose pets are my family, I want the very best for my furry friends but cannot afford a vet who performs unnecessary tests and procedures resulting in a bill out of this world. All Pets was described as a veterinary clinic who is there because they absolutely love animals and will be straight forward and honest about what care is needed. I was pleased to find All Pets lived up to this description. When I arrived for my kitten's pre-surgical visit, I was happy to find a quaint, clean clinic without all the bells and whistles of granite counters, flat screen tvs, etc. Moving around a lot, the correlation between the aforementioned and expensive, unnecessary tests becomes quite clear when you get the bill. I will do everything possible to provide the best care for my pets, so I need a vet who won't take advantage of that. All Pets is all that and more. The staff is so caring and excited to visit with every pet that comes through the door. When my cat had to have surgery, they were so thoughtful and made it clear that I could call any time to check on my kitten and it wouldn't be a bother at all. They call to check up on your pet and you, making sure everything is alright and that if you have any questions they will be answered. I honestly have never been so impressed with a veterinary clinic and trust the vets and staff at All Pets to provide the best care at fair costs. I'm very grateful for the recommendation and the incredible professionals that have taken such wonderful care of my kitten. I have no doubt that while living in Grand Forks I will always choose All Pets for all my future veterinary needs.

I personally had taken my dogs there for almost 10 years. They are no longer the vet that cares. No more emergency vet. My wife and I contacted them about this, and Heather answered the phone. She was extremely disrespectful and sarcastic throughout the call, and claimed the wound must be old. We know our dogs very well, and know the condition in which she went into boarding. It was not how she came out. We had such a good relationship with Katie, and are so sad to see what this business has become with new management. If you want to keep your pets safe, I would find somewhere else to bring them.

From scheduling the appointment to picking them up, everything was handled professionally and with great care. A special thank you to Bri, Kylie, Sean, and Kami for their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, they treated my cats with kindness and compassion, and it was clear that their well-being was the top priority. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I am truly grateful for the excellent care my cats received and would highly recommend Grand Valley Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares about both their patients and their owners. Thank you again!

We brought in our dog for routine shots. The Doctor stated that she could see a small ear infection…read moreso she prescribed her drops for both ears. The medication is called easotic hydrocortisone acetonate. We followed the directions as stated by the doctor. Now our dog is completely DEAF!!!. We called right away after we started noticing a change. The staff was not helpful at all and still required us to pay them for the second visit. They didn't have any solution for us. It is unbelievable that they prescribed us a medication that we had no clue could cause complete hearing loss and charged us for bringing her back in to see what was happening. I want to bring caution to current and future customers. They clearly care more about their bottom dollar than the emotions of a family.
