We couldn't be more pleased!! Being new to the area we had to find someone to care for our fur babies for a weekend trip we had planned. Can't lie, Cindy was a little worried about her babies. We were told to arrive about 30 minutes early to fill out the required paperwork. Pam greeted us with a smile and immediately started to love on our 3 dogs. She gave the dogs and us a tour of the facility, made sure all 3 understood the doggie door and went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable before we left. Knowing Cindy had concerns I was still sceptical, we get in the car to leave and her first comment was "Oh my gosh I am so relieved." We have since used Howl Hotel on a couple other occasions, if you need your furbabies cared for while you are away Pam and her staff are most definitely the place to go!!
