Serenity Lodge advertises itself as a detox facility, but there is no physician on site. There was only one nurse practitioner, who obviously cannot work 24/7. Upon arrival, I had to wait for a telehealth video call just to be evaluated for detox medications. I did not receive necessary detox meds until approximately 15 hours after arrival, which is extremely dangerous for anyone detoxing. I was placed in a filthy cabin shared with two other women. There were mouse droppings on the bed, and we had no way to contact staff in an emergency. From the beginning, it was clear this facility was not properly staffed or equipped, especially for a co-ed program. During my stay, multiple patients were sent to the hospital due to medical errors. When I asked a staff member if someone would have to die for things to change, he looked me in the eye and said "yes." That response alone should terrify anyone considering this place. I was sexually solicited by a male patient who was also threatening other patients. When I reported this, staff responded with victim-blaming, asking "Why didn't you say anything sooner?" and "What made him comfortable enough to ask you that?" Instead of addressing safety concerns, they dismissed them. Later, I was involved in a consensual relationship with another patient. When staff found out, I was immediately discharged, while the male patient was allowed to stay because he was cash-pay. This made it painfully clear that decisions here are based on money, not accountability or patient safety. When I tried to leave on my own terms, staff made it intentionally difficult, threatening to drop me off at a random Starbucks in San Bernardino County, restricting my ability to contact my support system, and taking away privileges. They will say whatever they need to say to get you admitted -- once you're there, you are essentially trapped. My discharge paperwork was humiliating and retaliatory, implying that reporting harassment was invalid because I later had a consensual relationship, as if consent eliminates the right to safety or boundaries. They also falsely claimed I did not participate, despite attending nearly every group. This facility is dangerous, dishonest, and profit-driven. Vulnerable people deserve real medical care, protection, and dignity -- not lies and neglect. If you value your safety or your life, do not go here.

They offer single rooms, Trauma therapy, PTSD Therapy, and treat Drug and Alcohol Addiction and co-occuring disorders such as anxiety and severe depression. Plus, they offer amazing amenities along with the therapy including a professional weight room, a large swimming pool. pickle ball, basketball, boating, and a professional music studio. I called 40 minutes prior to scheduled needed pick up time . The establishment called me and said they would put together a billing statement and text it to me and arrange the transportation if i wanted to accept the contract price . I got the pricing and it was $10 . More than the previous quote from the other provider given so ' i accepted and set up the transportation. The van used looked new and was clean and fully equipped with the latest wheelchair and gurney equipment. The driver was friendly and talkative ' and helped move my mother from the care center into the van and upon arrival helped her into the medical center for her appt ..( was told to call him once done for pick up and return to her homecare center ) after appt ..called driver ' 5 mins later van pulls up and the return trip was provided. Paying the statement through the square app was instant with a texted invoice for records. . Im not saying priority rounds * can accommodate you 40 mins before an appointment but they came through for my mother and the service and driver where great.
