Upon giving him a down payment to start the job he told us he would power wash then paint siding and trim. He informed us he would start the job on July 5, 2016. He then called and said that he was finishing up some small jobs and would be there on the 15 of July. He informed us the job should take one week. We were out of town and informed us the job would be finished before our return. My husband came home to find our house painted the wrong color. From taupe to baby blue. We matched the sample to our current paint! Not the color we selected! Arthur told my husband he would fix it. He Asked for more money to go get the correct paint. My husband even went and bought the paint we wanted used from Sherwin-Williams. He did not continue with the grade of paint we selected. The repaint has been sloppy to say the least. After calling Arthur to get a date when house would be fixed and completed, he made excuses and lied and then hung up on me. My husband called to inform him he was fired. Arthur has not returned a call. Unprofessional, sloppy, his crew did not know what they were doing. He lied repeatedly to us. Paint was spilled on Our metal roof. Paint splatters on stone porch. What was corrected you can see the blue through new paint, We would NOT recommend this company. I would not give this business any stars.

I contracted Michael Freeman and Logan Elliot to work on my home for plumbing, electrical and mud…read morework. The initial timeline was 3 weeks as it was a small job. Michael lied about the progress being made on my home and the work he had been completing while I was away working in Michigan. After I came home from 3 weeks. I saw the work they had done and what they had not done. I gave them a 2 week extension to get the work done as I had already paid in full. week 1 of the extension, Michael and Logan showed up to work 6 hours the entire week. I told Michael at the end of week 2, tools will need to be put down, any work unfinished I wanted to be reimbursed for and then they needed to pack up and get out. Michael agreed and said okay. After 5 weeks opening my home to these guys, They destroyed my flooring in my living room, my coffee table, my entertainment center, left garbage everywhere in my home, left inappropriate drawings in my walls, left rotting chicken in my fridge, washed their tools in my kitchen sink. Left a dumpster in my yard [still here 3 weeks later] - and the best part is, they lied about the plumbing rework, and this flooded my entire living room ceiling which I then had to tear out myself due to the water damage. Initially I told Michael and Logan, I wanted to be fair, they did some electrical and mudding work, 30% of all work had been completed at this time, but had been paid in full [at the end of 5 weeks], I told them I would let them keep half the money, but that they needed to pay me back for what work was not completed. [70% of work had not been completed] Michael agreed to this when he came to pick up his tools but asked for a two week extension to get me my money back, I said okay, today is the end of two weeks, I asked him where my money is and he told me he will see me in court and that he will counter sue me if I say anything poor about his company for slander. [texts for proof if anyone wants to reach out to me] Michael and Logan did not show up to work on time 1 day, [9 am] Michael does not have his own vehicle to get to work, [despite being a co-owner of this business] is extremely dishonest, and is now being pursued by me for theft, property damage and fraud. This was my experience with the company. For anyone considering this company, I hope this message is helpful in your considerations. These guys damaged my property my home and stole my money.
