After paying $10,511 for cracks to be filled and a humidifier installed, my crawl space is still leaking. They are now telling me that the water in coming in somewhere else and any additional work will be at my cost. The only warranty they provide is on the work they completed, but unfortunately the work they completed did not fix the issue. I hired Helitch because I trusted they were the experts in foundations and would be able to fix my water issue. I am now out $10,511 and still have water in my crawl space. Please consider hiring someone else to repair your foundations in the future.
