Do yourself a favor and SHOP AROUND. One person gave me a quote, another person did the labor. There was poor communication, between the company and myself. Support beams are put in crocked, the adhesive they applied on the wall is falling down. They got me a loa. For 30k and had it set for 18 month pay off. Now im 30k in debt with support beams that make me question how long these supports will hold. I already contacted the loan company about the wall adhesive falling down. And i will need to follow up about the beams. But i really dont like having to contact someone who doesnt do a good job, and asking them to keep coming back to make it right. read more

My biggest fear! The work would get done but when there is a problem no one wants to help. FRS waterproofed my basement 6 days ago. And it's wet after the first rain. I've called twice and emailed once. The answer is "we'll get back with you soon." read more

They walked us through the entire planning process, answered all of our questions, actively communicated with us if anything changed, and ended up delivering exactly what we were expecting. The foreman Jimmie, and the crewmembers, Teshaun and Noah, can in early and did the best work. Not only did they do everything above board, they cleaned up like a dream afterwards. Had system installed last spring on the promise that my basement would be dry after it was installed. Over the course of a year, they have had to come out no less than 3 times to do corrections that have not resolved the issue. Each time it's a different crew, and there have been times when crew members would leave for lunch and not return, I have been told that previous guys have installed things backwards, one guy was fired for drunk driving, trenches have been dug and moved, my stairs and walls torn up and still I have wet areas in the basement. I have been given multiple excuses for the constant issues with the water spots with the latest being the thickness of my slab and the water table...but that should have been mentioned prior to me spending over $8,000 on a system that I was promised would keep my basement dry, not afterwards. I feel duped and shafted at this point and company is unwilling to give a partial refund. I don't recommend this company at all as they do not deliver on their promises. I have wasted vacation days from work, Saturdays etc for my basement to look worse than before they came out. Do not recommend. read more

Nick and Isaiah came out to level our drive and it was a great experience. They were though with going over problem areas and explained things that might have caused our issues and gave suggestions on how to make improvements. Used the group out of Des Moines twice the first time one of the workers had a hang over and stayed in the truck to sleep it off, the second time I got rescheduled 4 times the last time I just wanted to part ways and cancel and get my deposit back there managers refused to call me back and are always in meetings I feel Megan there receptionist just does not want to talk to you and lies at her face. The truck has broken down twice. That's what they told me anyway and all I want is my deposit back but they refusing to do that even though they broke contract multiple times. I do not recommend this company from Des Moines to anybody. I tried to visit there office in cr and it is just a closet and was told no one is ever there. Buyer beware read more

FRS did a terrific job with our garage floor, driveway and front porch. They were running late from their first job, I called and right away the worker called me back and gave me an ETA. When they left their first job, he even sent me a link so I would know his drive time to our home. They were friendly, and took time to explain and answer all my questions. I would recommend Gandie, Mike and Abbey to everyone!! One word of advice, call the local number and not the "main number". The local person was very responsive and scheduled us immed. The "main" number would take a message and no one ever called me back. 5 stars because of the local people. read more

Let me start by saying my driveway and adjoining sidewalk were in a complete state of havoc for the last 15 years. Pictures could only tell the account most accurately. From my vehicles suddenly dropping as I drove out of the driveway, or into the garage, to my snowblower, every winter hitting each and every shifted concrete slab. But most importantly, I grew sick and tired of the unsightly mess. I called FRC, a project estimator came out promptly, the repair crew came out and did a great job despite the adversity. At first, I didn't accept that. It wasn't going to be like brand new. The gentleman did the best they could with what I gave but it looks very good. I priced the alternative with a friend of mine who is a concrete contractor, and I wasn't even gonna touch his price to have him rip up and pour brand new. FRC gave me an awesome estimate and did a great job. I even had come back two months later just to tuck a few things up. I am more than satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Although there were some initial problems the full team came out and corrected them. They also saved us a lot of money in the end. We are happy with the work. They called at 7:30 the morning of the repair to tell me they couldn't do it. Because the specialist who had done my estimate was no longer with the company. So they would have to send someone new. Which I had called the day before. I had asked if it was okay if I was home because I had had surgery a couple weeks before and wanted to make sure it was safe. No one mentioned to me at that time four days prior to the day of starting that they couldn't do it. When they sent someone this man went under and said he would get back with me with the new numbers. When they did get back with me it was $50,000 more conveniently. I don't trust them I had already started paying on my loan they had already been paid out the first payment of course I had to get all of that back and there is no way I would do business with them ever again read more
