My daughter is excited to go to school every morning and has lots to share about her busy day when I pick her up. It is clear how much each of the students really loves Yuliya and that they feel safe and supported in her care. Yuliya is also wonderful at communicating with parents. I love the fact that I don't have to go through an app to receive updates. Every day Yuliya texts a few photos and a sentence or two on how the morning went and then takes time to share how the afternoon went during pick up. It all feels very personal. Yuliya is such a thoughtful caregiver and I love her methods of teaching. All of the activities are hands on and often focus on the natural world. She also has a deep passion for books which she helps instill in her students. Yuliya's weekly plans are the perfect combination of structure and free play. Enough structure that the kids understand what the overall schedule is each day, what the theme is for the week, and that for instance Tuesday is playdough day, Wednesday is baking day, and Friday's activity will be for watercolor. But within that structure, Yuliya allows the children to be creative and think independently. She also understands the importance of children playing outside. I wasn't able to find a single school that scheduled more time for outside play than The Ways We Grow. Overall, I have nothing but love and appreciation for Yuliya and The Ways We Grow. We are sad to be ending this chapter and fully support any new ventures Yuliya may embark on.

She is a great homeschooling mom and a knowledgeable educator. I've seen the results of her work in the way her sons are growing and developing into curious, polite, and well-rounded individuals. You are up for a treat with the Ways We Grow as I am confident all of Yulia's knowledge and love will be poured into creating an amazing atmosphere where your kids can thrive and learn.

The center keeps us well informed of everything going on, offers many activities, and a variety of learning methods. Best of all though is that we feel comfortable sending our daughter somewhere where we know she is loved and safe. The teachers here truly care about our little girl and she loves them all so much! Bonus points for the live camera feed that parents have access to! I love being able to check in on my girl during the day and see how she's doing.

Nina is the assistant administrator who is nice, but it seems that every complaint falls through the cracks with no resolution. We have been told multiple times that corporate will follow up with us, but we have never received a phone call or email. I have called the school several times in the past month to speak to Karin and Nina. I have also sat down face-to-face with them several times but no resolution has been made. I understand that bits may be age-appropriate for toddlers, but receiving 9 in such a short period of time is unacceptable. Today I found another bite on my Toddler with no notification from the school. Clearly, no one is holding their word when they say they will keep a closer eye on the Toddlers in the class to limit the biting. I told the school I would like a call from the regional manager to talk about what would be done to resolve this issue. Update: The school never called, so I had to call in to get an update on what they would do to help limit classroom biting. They informed me that a 3rd teacher would be in the class during the moments the main teachers are handling lunches and diaper changes. Although this sounded promising, they had already told us this would be implemented several weeks ago. At this time, we do not trust the management and have decided to enroll our toddler in another school. Reflection: The Kiddie Academy is very clean, and the staff I have dealt with have been nice to my toddler and me. We left because the administration couldn't be trusted to keep their word, and management never helped with our situation. Also, the morning teacher for the next age group 2+ I would hear her yelling at the kids in the morning and could be heard from the toddler room. On a few occasions I thought about stepping in to say something because no kid deserves to be yelled at but I am kicking myself because I never did. I do not want my kid to start thinking biting is okay. And I do not want my kid to get yelled at when they age up to the 2+ year old class. This is an honest review from a parent that tried to be respectful and responsible with the school but in the end I had enough.
