We spent over $300 on this project, so we weren't just there to waste time. My two grandsons were a bit rambunctious after being cooped up in the house the last two days. They were running in the aisles but steering clear of the merchandise. A sour looking employee happened to be doing some menial work near where the boys were running around and at one point yelled at my daughter to control her kids and make them stop running around the merchandise. I was personally keeping an eye on the boys and making sure they stayed in the middle of the aisle and were nowhere near anything they could disturb. We didn't appreciate her rude attitude, nor her unsolicited "parenting" towards my daughter and grandkids. Her income is based on customers purchasing products. If her lousy attitude chases people away, Hobby Lobby loses business. I asked the cashier for the name of that unprofessional, unfriendly witch, since she happened to be standing behind her. She told me her name is Annie. So, I advise whoever is in charge of this Annie, to train her how to properly deal with customers who are spending large amounts in the store. She is a huge turnoff!!

Their reply was: Hey its bug spray, and it's sealed, doesn't matter if its expired it's still good. Really, you feel comfortable applying a chemical such as bug spray on your body that was expired? Would you want to use a bug spray that was expired, in fact I believe they said it was just a few months old. Don't go here, don't buy anything from them, this is not an ethical shop. The amount of money was only $60 and plus the money I was overcharged for shipping. You're probably thinking, that's not much, but then again gas is how much right now? I think the average for Arizona is $5.37, and where I live its $6.35 per gallon. i guess that's not much either. I just want them to do the right thing and issue a refund. I'll be happy to send all 20 bottles back, if that's what they want because as of this time its a matter of principle. There's enough going on in the world today, buyers shouldn't have to worry about being taken advantage like this under any circumstances. The pool table is the perfect centerpiece for our game room, and the crew was meticulous in ensuring it was installed 100% perfectly. Our entertainment center is made in the USA and still a great value. I'm thrilled that they still carry US made products and that I could afford them :)

I was able to go into their show room and look around without feeling any pressure. When I did have questions Judy was quick to get me the information I needed. I also loved that I was not stuck with a table and the chairs that came standard with it, I was able to mix different chairs and tables. With this I was able to find my perfect table and chairs. One thing I appreciated was being kept in the loop with the status of my items. I received a phone call when they were ready to ship, when they shipped and when they were ready to be delivered. The staff at Westwood really went above and beyond. I look forward to shopping with them again. Even after my table and chairs were delivered I noticed an issue with one of the chairs and they were quick to get my chair, have it repaired and return it to me. They make sure you are taken care of and happy with the product you have purchased!
