The produce in the case was fresh and I'm guessing local. The tortillas are from Sonora and are the best store bought tortillas I've ever had! The meat was fresh cut and you can get it marinaded or not. They have several cuts from $8 to $13 a pound depending on the cut and if you want it marinaded or not. It seems they make their own salsas and I've tried a few of them. Red mild, the red "Hot" which has a kick but not over the top, and the verde as well. Depending on what I'm eating any would be a welcome addition to my food. I've driven back to the market from Fortuna just for the tortillas and the salsas. I got the flap last time I was in and it was tender and fresh and even the next day, the leftovers were great!!
