The staff was helpful and I felt the prices were very fair for the amount of stuff we had to clean. Store was well kept up inside and felt inviting, and although it wasn't used this time, I also noticed they offer wash and fold services. It's was also pretty convenient having a pizza parlor right next door to eat at while waiting! Great spot to do laundry, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of this service.

When I 1st hired them I gave them a time of 2pm to show up. The next couple of days, I realized that 2pm wasn't going to get it. I wound up changing the time on them 2X more and finally settled for 8:30 to have them show up. The day of the job they were here on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they went right to work. I did check on their progress and was quite impressed. They had 4 loads for the dump. By the end of the day, I asked them about coming back again in about 3 days as the one guy that still had stuff out there wasn't finished. They showed up and this time it was just 2 loads and the backyard was back to looking great again. Their cleanup took a lot of pressure off my back. If I ever need more work like that done I will hire them again. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one…read more James came out to diagnose our refrigerator's ice maker and was very confident he knew the problem. We approved the repair he recommended and paid for the replacement part and labor. Four days later, the ice maker still wasn't working. When I called expecting additional troubleshooting or a plan to determine the actual problem, the conversation quickly shifted to offering a partial refund on the part and suggesting we find someone else. That was surprising considering how certain he had been during the original diagnosis. What stood out throughout the experience was a level of condescension that made communication difficult. My wife witnessed him speaking to one of his own employees in a way that was genuinely uncomfortable to watch, and unfortunately that same attitude carried over into our interactions. Nobody expects a technician to be right 100% of the time. What customers do expect is professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to stand behind the diagnosis when the first repair doesn't solve the problem. My recommendation: if you hire this company, do not consider the job complete until the appliance is actually working. Replacing a part and fixing a problem are not always the same thing.
