(We put it by the street at 5 am this morning--which is 6-7 hours before their pickup time.) The man on the phone, the one who always answers, told me I was lying because if it had been out, it would have been picked up. I said--why would I lie about it? We just need our trash picked up and can't wait until Monday. He said, "I don't believe my dad would lie, either." Morgan's Disposal is no longer our trash pickup. And clearly doesn't care, because I was "lying." Wow. Also, as soon as I told them we were changing trash pickup companies, they picked up that trash within the hour. You should NOT do business with this company! I have been a customer for 10 years, and have admittedly missed pickup day and paid extra for them to get our trash when it was our fault. I have never been treated worse over the phone or had to say so loudly: I AM NOT LYING. Do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan's. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously. ZERO.

He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable.
