Excellent experience with Alberto and his company from the beginning. I received several quotes to…read morepressure clean and paint my house and driveway, and Alberto was the best choice by far. The estimate he gave me was fair for everything I wanted done, and less expensive than others. His crew spent 3 days total to do everything I contracted them to do: pressure cleaning of the roof, exterior walls, porch and driveway was done the first day; day 2 was application of primer; and day 3 the entire exterior and driveway was painted. (It probably could have been done faster if the weather had cooperated on day 2, but the day had to be cut short due to non-stop rain in the afternoon.) Everything was done to 5 star, professional standards. Alberto and his crew were very honest on what to expect, how long the job would take, and that they would not leave/move on to another job until this was done. The paint job is perfect, and the crew made sure to clean up after themselves and make everything appear as if they were never here. The crew was also very friendly and only interrupted minimally while I worked from my home office. I would definitely hire All General Painting Service for any future paint or pressure washing needs. Highly recommended.

Although I received several lower estimates, I felt that GPS would do a great job. Boy, was I right! They inspected twice and matched another estimate and they started the work. Their crew came on time every day, brought their own paint and equipment, patched holes, cleaned up everything and the paint work was amazingly great! All the walls, doors, trim and baseboard look great! I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend them for any job small or large. They are top professionals and I would use them again. Now my apartment shows beautifully to prospective buyers. Thank you to Leo, Alberto and staff. Great job! DGP Services did a stellar job for us from start to finish…read more We first hired them to paint our house, a monumental task since our house had not been painted in over a decade - and we were seriously blown away by the finish product. Danny, the owner, and his assistant Alex were meticulous, leaving the house looking incredible. We were so impressed with them, that when we learned that they also specialized in carpentry, we hired them to replace all the crown moldings and frames in our family room and dining room. Again, we were completely blown away! Their love for what they do comes through in their attention to detail and workmanship. AND BECAUSE we were sad to see these guys leave - since sadly in our city it is not everyday that you come across professionals like Danny and his crew, we also hired them to pressure clean and seal our back deck and driveway pavers. We honestly feel like we've hit the home repair lottery with DGP Services.

A few months ago, I had a brand new wood fence installed along the perimeter of my property. To preserve the wood grain, I hired Jose to apply a clear-coat wood stain to the fence. He advised me to wait approximately 30 days after installation before applying a stain to the fence. I listened to his advice and when he was finished, the fence looked flawless. No streaks, no blotches ... it looked flawless and rich. Then, this past week I hired Jose to paint the exterior of my home. Once again, he did a phenomenal job. He is very professional and friendly, and he treats the painting of your home as if it were his own. His work is clean and flawless, and his attention to detail is something that I truly appreciate. And when he finished, he made sure that everything was cleaned up and put back the way he found it. Jose is one of a kind and I highly recommend hiring him for your painting or wood staining needs. In late November, 2016, I contracted Roger at "The Grove Handyman" on Angie's List to have a…read morebathroom wall repaired following a leak in the pipes. I was quoted a good price and the appointment was arranged. The property is a unit I was preparing to rent and I was out of town, so a friend let the workers in. They were instructed to call him so he could view the work before they left. The worker called me and said the work was done. He sent me a picture after he left and after he returned the keys. He took the bathroom hardware off the wall for the repair and failed to put it back on. I contacted Roger and he informed me that the pipe for the faucet was too short. I don't know why the worker would tell me "it's all done," when it obviously wasn't. Roger said he would have to send someone else out on another day and he would have to charge me a callout fee - to complete the work his staff failed to finish. As I had a tenant moving in the next week, I had no choice. On the second appointment, a different worker said "it's all done," but he is the one person in North America with a cell phone that doesn't take photos. Roger's tone via text message after both visits was not an example of excellent customer service. He did not offer any assurance that everything was as it should be or apologize that his staff failed to complete the work properly the first time. In April, 2017, my tenant contacted the property manager to inform him that the faucet had become completely detached from the wall and pipe. The property manager left a voicemail for Roger, but he never called back. I called the next day and my call went to voicemail as well. The greeting stated that Roger would be out of town from the following day. Unfortunately, before he went out of town, he never returned my or the property manager's call. We had to hire another contractor to fix the inadequate work done by the Grove Handyman staff. I emailed Roger and explained the situation and provided him with a copy of the charges incurred to fix the faucet again as well as a photo. Roger refused to compensate me because he thought the charge of $260 was too high and because he didn't see it himself. This entire situation has been completely unacceptable. The original job was not completed. I was charged additional fees to complete the job on a second visit. The work performed was not done correctly and only lasted 4 months. And I was not compensated or refunded for having to hire another company. I strongly advise against hiring "The Grove Handyman" for any work. The company is a typical South Florida contractor that does shoddy work, doesn't communicate properly and doesn't stand behind their work.
