They did kindly say they could get me in and I made an appointment. Upon my arrival (ten minutes early) the waiting room was full and after waiting 30 minutes from my appointment time I asked how long the wait would be. i was told there were 3 patients in front of me and about 45-60 minutes more. If I showed up an hour and a half late they would have not even seen me. Please respect your patients time for I rearranged my schedule and took off work for two hrs to come in which I assumed a 30 minute wait. If you are that far behind you need to contact patients and let them know so they can decide if they can still come in. The only positive is the receptionist was very friendly and understanding.

Tyler did a great job of understanding the issue, developing a plan to address it and then executing the plan over 6 weeks. Each week after my in-person PT session (stretching, massage, dry needling, exercises) I received an email after the session with my exercises, stretches to do at home. He literally spent about four minutes with me. I asked Resurgens for another doctor. No. Five months later I was still hobbling. My PCP ordered an MRI and referred me back to Bircoll with torn cartilage, debris and a baker cyst. Again, Bircoll never examined my knee or asked me any questions. He kept me waiting almost two hours so he could look at the MRI. Then he chastised me for getting the MRI, remarking that the results didn't matter because I'm old and I just have to live with it. I don't know if he ever looked at the MRI. Judging by the way he was dodging questions, I think not. I asked how to help my knees heal better, what to do for the pain and swelling, or to help the cyst reabsorb. He flatly refused to answer anything. You go to a doctor for help. This one has done nothing - twice. There won't be a third time.
