When our 15-year-old son had a serious preseason workout accident that left him with a displaced clavicle fracture and broken coracoid, it was overwhelming and scary. Dr. Traub immediately stepped in and made sure Benjamin was taken care of. From the surgery itself -- where Jeff used a new clavicle plate system to repair everything -- to the thoughtful follow-up care, every step has been handled with so much skill, kindness, and attention. The whole team has checked in, kept a close eye on his healing, and treated him with the kind of compassion that means the world to parents navigating an unexpected injury. They even sent him home with one of their T-shirts that says, "If you can break it, we can fix it." We couldn't agree more -- and now we have the proof! While it's hard to see our son sidelined from the activities he loves, we have complete peace of mind knowing he's in the very best hands. We couldn't ask for a better team of professionals -- and friends -- to walk with us on this journey to recovery. We would highly recommend this team at Atlanta Bone and Joint for your orthopedic care

Old shoulder injury was acting up and after 6 weeks or so of hoping it would resolve, decided to try PT. Tyler did a great job of understanding the issue, developing a plan to address it and then executing the plan over 6 weeks. Each week after my in-person PT session (stretching, massage, dry needling, exercises) I received an email after the session with my exercises, stretches to do at home. My shoulder range of motion is greatly improved and the stiffness/discomfort is gone. Tyler very pleasant to work with as was the front desk staff. Highly recommend.

This is unlike ANY physical therapy you've had before! Instead of going to PT and spending 20 minutes "warming up" on a bike or treadmill while your therapist works with one or two other clients, you will have a highly trained physical therapist focusing only on YOU for the entire hour! I saw Merci for lower back, hip, and sciatica issues. She's AMAZING! Not only is she just an incredibly nice person, she's a truly skilled physical therapist who helped me a great deal. She employed a wide range of techniques and skills tailored to my particular needs. I highly recommend Merci and Functionize Health! NOTE: While they don't accept insurance, they will give you everything you need to file on your own.

This has to be the worst doctor ever…read more I hate to say it, but something comes off very hateful and prejudice about this man. Bedside manner: As others have noted elsewhere, he is beyond rude!! I mean literally just a complete a**. While in the room he would literally correct me for any word we didn't pronounce the same. I'm a biology major and I am well educated in anatomy, I'm also from NJ with a pretty heavy accent. He hurt me several times throughout the exam and was just unnecessarily rough with my injured hand. He is an insurance company doctor and will side with whatever the insurance company wants. Do not visit him alone if you're insurance company sends you! If you're thinking about using him for your orthopedic care, good luck! Do your homework, check all of his complaints. He averages 1-2 stars and there is a reason for it!! The only good thing I can say is that his staff was decent. By the way, I obtained another X-ray and opinion and my bone was found to be broken when he told the insurance company I should return with full use of my hand....

While I know this happens with some medical appointments, the bad review doesn't end there. Dr Krone was really unprofessional with us. It was apparent that he felt my mother didn't know anything about her disability because he, the doctor, was all knowing, and she the patient, surely must be an idiot. She has severe scoliosis and is at the point where she can no longer walk from it and has been living with it for some time, therefore, I think she knows how she feels. Dr Krone was condescending, and refused to see her if she couldn't go to swim therapy three times a week (he actually said "if you can't following through with committing to swimming every week, then bye bye"). We explained that this round of treatment wouldn't work for her as 1, she can't drive to a swimming pool due to her disability now, 2 she is on a strict budget and cannot afford a YMCA membership, even if it is discounted, and 3 she HATES water. He didn't care. Dr Krone was visibly bothered by my mother saying these things to him. Every patient is different and not everyone can conform to only ONE treatment. Dr Krone obviously thinks that because my mother is poor, she is not worth his time. He didn't even check for pinched nerves. What a waste of a doctoral degree.
