The office submitted my papers to insurance, my insurance sent them a check and the doctors office kept the check. The check should have gone to me since I laid out the money at the time of the appointment. I call and call and call and they keep telling me they have the check but since they don't accept insurance they can't send me the check. Doesn't make sense to me so I called my insurance company who told me that the check had been deposited. Shame on you and shame on the girl who works at the office who told me I should have gone online to check if they take insurance before making an appointment and to next time go to the health center where they take all insurances. So rude. I recommend finding a physician that hires people who care about their patients and who doesn't send them to other places.

This office is not their only one - Dr. Arup Bhadra also goes to Monroe office. I would find a more honest provider elsewhere. Also, it's true they don't answer their phones - they have a messaging service and they will not call you back. You have to be physically in the office to get anything done.

The billing department does not deserve a star at all. I have received bills MONTHS after my visits and not in time to submit for FSA reimbursement. (End of March) Insurance payments aside, I've had to pay for the balance of my visits 100% out of pocket.
