Due to the stay at home covid order i had no choice but to cancel my baby shower and requested my money back and Yocanda responded in a very rude unprofessional manner refusing to refund my money until she spoke with her "accountant" There was no agreement signed stating the deposit was non refundable and no services were ever provided for my event. I have a few screenshots below to prove how unprofessional rude and ghetto she was towards me (keep in mind this is all i have since she has went back and DELETED the rude negative messages she sent towards me to make herself look "not professional") while i was 8 months pregnant she put so much additional unnecessary stress on me that i did not need on this covid situation that was out of my control. I mainly let them run with it the ideas they had and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. They made these amazing balloon pine trees and balloon animal arrangements that decorated the room.
