We arrived around 7:17, and my wife was triaged within five minutes, which I truly appreciated. The wait to be taken back was roughly two hours, and while that was difficult for both of us, what set Memorial Hermann Cypress apart from other hospitals I've experienced was the care, professionalism, and genuine empathy shown by every staff member we encountered during that time. And by everyone, I truly mean everyone, not just the doctors, CNA, LPN, RN, APRN clinical staff and surgical team, but also the front desk team, environmental services technicians, and hospital security. Every single employee we interacted with carried themselves as if they had a personal, vested interest in how my wife and I were doing. No one treated us like a number or a task to be completed. Once we were taken back and evaluated, things moved efficiently. My wife received the necessary testing, and--most importantly--her pain was managed promptly. After the issue was clearly identified, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. At no point did we feel dismissed or rushed. A first-time emergency surgery is typically overwhelming, but the team at Memorial Hermann Cypress handled everything with a level of quality, compassion, and professionalism that is increasingly rare to find. They made an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable, human, and dignified. Thank you to every individual at Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital who helped us that night. The level of care we received will not be forgotten and was certainly not lost on us.

It's upsetting, level of care changes every time there is a nurse or a doctor change. I'm dissapointed with the way everything has been handled with my dad.

My toddler wondered what was wrong with her after she noticed that she was not kind; it was very obvious. After waiting over 40 minutes for the doctor, I decided to leave- but the doctor was about to come into our exam room. While she was the only one to apologize, the other staff did not acknowledge the delay when I walked out into the hall to inquire during the wait. It was like they didn't care about us, and there was absolutely no respect for my time. After the doctor finished, we had to wait another 15 minutes for the shots my toddler needed. A person without any ID or tag came in with another person whom she said was "shadowing" her. When I asked her who she was because she was not dressed as a staff person (sloppy gray t-shirt) and had no ID, she said she was an MA. Meanwhile, all if the nurses were saying goodbye for the day (it was now 4:50pm). My toddler became unsettle with these new people and was uncomfortable getting her shots. The doctor and staff know that my toddler is uneasy about shots but didn't care. So after all of that, we left. This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We were mishandled and treated poorly. I do not recommend this location. Texas Children's Hospital system should do better. And get rid of the unfriendly, scary nurse!!!!

We will call you back. Memorial Hermann you don't offer payment plans/financial assistance for expensive and necessary medical procedures?! It's not like I'm coming in for some elective procedure. Shows how much you actually care for people and their health. Shame on you. I've lived in 4 different states and have always been able to make payments on medical bills.

I'm writing this review to express my concerns with my interactions with Dr. M Graham. I picked…read morethis doctor because I am black and I wanted to receive help from a doctor that looked like me. But mins after interacting with her, I started to regret picking a doctor solely off of color due to the cold and annoyed responses I received from Dr. M Graham the entire time. Mind you, I've done this before in other cities and the black doctors have been AMAZING. But the difference with all the other black doctors I went too, they had conversation with me and showed their passion for their job as well as their passion to make sure I'm well. I'm a Program Manager at a health insurance company and my team job is to educate patients about their benefits so they know the importance of following up with their Family Medicine doctor/ Internal Medicine doctor / Primary Care doctor to prevent them from readmitting to the hospital. But when a doctor is cold and makes you feel like you're getting on their nerves, I can see why to this day patients aren't comfortable speaking up for themselves. Doctors and Providers have to do better with creating environments where questions are welcomed because the patient should be invested in their care because that patient is the only one responsible for ensuring they take all the action items needed! I personally did ask all my follow up questions because I know I am in charge of my health and following whatever I need to do for myself. But I did take a few notes to make sure I was able to share with the office manager the interaction I had with this woman as a new patient. I'm leaving two stars solely because the scheduling team was nice and the front desk staff at the Fairfield location was nice and did recommend I see Dr. N Brown the next visit. But do not book with her if ask questions and would like to be sure of the information you received. Do not book an appointment with her if you expect your doctor to be friendly while you interact with them. Do not book with her if you expect to actually feel like the doctor kind of care about the concerns you bring. Do not book with her if you're not okay with someone slapping their hands on the countertop due to your follow up question about your medication. It's sad to say this because all these things in the last paragraph a patient should feel comfortable doing. But I was told that is just her personality so it seems like patients have complained and but it is what it is with her. This is the service you will be paying for.

From the second I walked in until I walked out, a shocking 20-25 minutes! I was treated like a drug seeking addict. All the way from the triage nurse to the Dr himself. I was having an extremely bad RA flare and made her aware of that. Yet when she was taking my B/P and it felt like my arm was going to break from it, her only response was " stay still, it's trying to get a reading " and I told her "well it's NOT going to be accurate if it's causing so much pain now is it!? And it was all downhill from there. From the Rn to the Dr neither of whom took even a second to actually listen to me, took zero history, mashed on my head causing even more pain announced " well there's no swelling " shown a light in my eyes. I said I was concerned because I tend to fracture very easily due to some medical conditions, that he would have known had anyone bothered to ask, and I got an eye roll! Seriously!? He sighed and said "oh and what would that be, when I started listing them I got the following comment... " Oh... The usual" are you fn kidding me!? And he left! Someone then brought in this machine to get me registered and checked out "That's a whole nother issue, while trying to do that the Rn came in and started shoving papers in my face to sign. I told her I had a couple of questions that apparently the dr was way too busy to hang around for me to even ask, when I asked her all she did was parrot exactly what he said. At the same time still shoving papers at me and pointing at the registration screen telling me I need to sign here etc.... it was like there was a fire and they needed to get out. The absolute worst part is neither the Rn nor the Dr followed, even a little bit, standard head injury protocol! Didn't ask a single question from the concussion check list and I had 5! When I opened my mouth something crunched didn't get to say anything about that. So needless to say, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! The ONLY reason I went there is because they are less than a mile from my house, but you can damn well bet I WILL bleed out before I go back there! And wouldn't even trust them to treat a hangnail! When someone called a couple of days later to see how I was, I told them " y'all didn't care the day I was there. So why should I believe you do know?"

Review on the ER and hospital…read more I went in for a kidney stone. This hospital sent me home twice and I ended up back in the ER 3 times because of the pain. The third time, they discussed invasive surgery. Apparently, they never heard of or don't have the capability of non-invasive stone removal. I passed the stone fortunately before anything was done. I didn't trust the doctors and the staff was ridiculous asking me to sign paperwork while under sedation. They treated me like a junkie after pain meds. It wasn't until after they MRI'd me they took me serious and then they still down played the pain giving me the equivalent of tylenol the first trip to the ER. By the 3rd trip to the ER, they were giving me two doses of morphine and I could still feel pain. Based on that experience, I will never go back to this ER again unless im knocked out and don't know it. Lack of compassion, doctors wanting to perform surgeries, and the billing department asking for money while you're knocked out. I felt like the hospital was incompetent & unprepared.
