That is (according to what I was told by the receptionist when I called in to make an appointment) that if it has been even one week over a year since your last visit they will make you start over as if you are a brand new patient! You have to go in early to fill out their VERY comprehensive health questionnaire, which takes a good half hour, and you have to pay another initial visit fee. Since I don't care to pay extra (and spend that additional time) with any health care provider that I haven't needed to see because I have remained healthy (and well-adjusted ;-) I am now searching for a more reasonable chiropractor.

His office is centrally located and is a simple, clean, one-person office with a semi-private waiting room. In regards to care, my pains have been ongoing in the sense that X-rays have shown unremarkable findings and previous care givers have simply referred to me as a "pain management & build your core... you're getting older" case. I very much appreciate Dr. Bellinger's care and approach. It has been years since I had a manual adjustment and it seems that it was long overdue. Immediately after my first appointment I felt relief and improved mobility (though I know it's an ongoing journey. :) ). But, Dr. Bellinger also took time to listen, respond, and educate me. That was the key. For the first time I had someone provide me with helpful and repeatable things that I could do at home to improve and it has 100% began to help. I have followed up now weekly on our plan and have nothing but praises.

First, let me say I've always received good care here however there is something going on in the…read moreoffice that smells fishy. One time they overcharged me by about $70 and then refused to refund me saying I had to use it as a credit. What the heck? It's their fault and that's my money. The next time they rescheduled me to an earlier time without checking with me. They just sent me an email to my work email but I was on vacation so I never saw it. So they rescheduled me without my consent and then when I was late to the appointment, I got shorted on my massage by about half an hour. Office staff was rude and did not care that they had inconvenience me and charged me money for something I did not receive again. Update. After I called the office on my way to my massage appointment, they offered to reschedule after I told him I did not see their message and was now stuck in road construction. So that was a bonus. Also, I received a call from the office manager the day after I wrote this review. Office mgr told me that they had in fact credited my credit card the $70 they owed me. The thing is no one told me that and I was simply told I had used up all my credit. The office manager wanted to talk to me so I explained to her the problem. I also told her I was super busy and in the middle of loading up the truck for a dump run. It took three tries to get her off the phone after I told her I couldn't talk right now and then she wanted to call me back to talk about it more. I'm not quite sure why. All I want is good communication about appointments and billing. I sort of felt like I was being interrogated about my complaint and it was pretty uncomfortable.

Not only did they not give a damn that I was in a LOT of pain, the receptionist was cold as a bureaucrat, and the manager just kept mouthing these platitudes, "I understand." Just corporate speak. Thing is I did confirm, said I definitely want the appointment on Friday. But they called last minute "to confirm." Since I didn't call back, "Sorry." Oh, when I first called, they tried to immediately upsell me to more treatments before I had even come in. AVOID.

I was in pain and under a lot of stress from injuring my wrist and lower back from falling a lot, was in the midst of a masters program and working part time. After seeing Dr. Anna regularly I was able to recover from my derby injuries much faster and she also helped me with my chronic neck tension and lower back pain. She is also very thoughtful, kind and funny. Not to mention extremely thorough and non-judgmental! Also, there are cute dogs in her office and a lovely front desk person to assist with all of your paperwork and appointment needs. They don't accept insurance but do offer discounts for students and folks who do derby (maybe other sports too). I would highly recommend her!

He…read moremade an appt for 09/16 at 1130am to fill out paper work then he will start the treatment at 12 to 1pm. I arrived and filled out paperwork but he was running behind ...While I was waiting every time he adjusted the person he had in his room he made more noise then his patient (major loud exaggerated grunting sounds) - this made me slightly uncomfortable. he was old and maybe adjusting people made him hurt ... not sure. At 1230pm i ask how much longer before i'll be seen as I had to get back to work. He said "don't worry you'll still be going to heaven" . That was an out of the blue response --- then he said in 15 more minutes. No thanks and told him- that off the wall comment was strange and now i will go somewhere else.
