Here are the Good/Pro's: You can get an appointment relatively quickly. He is a very nice man. Office if easy to find, close to hospitals. Here is the Bad/Cons (which unfortunately outweighs the good): You cannot get a phone call back. Twice I have waited for test results. They do not call you no matter what the result is. The first time I was waiting for results on a repeat ultrasound and called 3 times over the course of months. I was repeatedly told I would get a call back but never did. They after one phone call they said they were transitioning from paper records to electronic and had lost my results.They were very apologetic but never did call me with results. Instead of ever getting a results, Dr. Rydz called and said I needed to have another thyroid-needle biopsy. I still have no idea what the ultrasound results were. I traveled a few hours to do my biopsy. That was 3 months ago, I also had a short visit with Dr. Rydz and we talked about a game plan depending on what my results would be. I never got a call on the results and started calling them after a month passed by, knowing that should have been plenty of time to get results. I was told twice that I would get a call back and still have not received that call. I would love to move on with my life. I was told this last phone call that only he can give me results, staff cannot, so still wait. The waiting room smelled of urine the last time I was in. I don't remember smelling that the first visit. But it's not appealing at all. I am currently waiting to see an endocrinologist but need my results before I can go. I feel very frustrated after paying so much money on having tests done, but still not know what the conclusion is. This is a major problem and needs to be resolved.

Within days I have been referred to Oncology... and now Dr Rydz and his staff are in the back seat of my cancer car but, I find comfort in knowing that they are there.
