We took a trip to universal for 5 days, all the way from Maryland. Trying to find a dog boarding business that would accommodate our late arrival time after our 12 hour road trip was few and far in between..and then I found Grammy! Her existing reviews were already extremely reassuring, and then I reached out with our information to see if it would be feasible. She got back to me immediately and was so patient and flexible with our drop off and pick up times, it was truly so easy to book and set everything up! Fast forward, we get to Grammy's around almost 1 in the morning, after driving for 12 hours with our sweet Cherry Tomato! And wow was I shocked, our girl usually can be a little standoffish with entering new places/going into unfamiliar homes...I don't even think she looked back at us once Grammy was there! She got right out of the car and just went straight on up to Grammy and was greeted by the sweetest woman! We were floored! She was tail wagging straight through the front door and it was so reassuring for us! Grammy also kept us updated with pictures every hour during the days she was there! We got to see all her new friends she made and our Cherry just having the best time! We couldn't recommend Grammy more! Overall 1000000/10 experience and I have never felt more peace of mind leaving my baby with someone new. We will absolutely be boarding with Grammy for all of our future Orlando endeavors and I highly recommend you do too! We can't thank you enough Grammy!!!

I also received numerous updates, photos, and videos of panda while he was at doggy daycare. I'm happy he's able to socialize with other dogs and avoid being locked up all day. We also received an adorable report card for our puppy.

But we were told it needed to have a vets signature and not the stickers that showed proof of his shots. We were not informed of this over the phone just that it was super busy and we could only get a tour between noon and 14:00. Glad to be able to take my dog anywhere else than the poor service received with less than 10 minutes of interaction time.

Upon research, I found that in fact, he is a Cardiologist. The reason for her lies is because she supposedly teams up with a cardiology team from Miami and she recommended that I use them instead. I set up an appointment for my dog, and the practice manager has No clue where the Cardiologist that they supposedly use are coming from. Come to find out my dog was set up for a echogram by someone who does sonograms who is not a Cardiologist and Dr. Shah receives kickbacks for recommending this non-qualifed individual. I requested a call back from the vet a couple days ago and never heard anything back from her . They are Scam artists!!! Stay far away!!!! The information in the response from Wendy only validates my experience. I am fully aware of what the definition of slander is working in the legal field for many years. I would encourage Wendy to reframe from talking about legal terminology without any legal understanding. The first amendment permits freedom of speech and I have full right to write a review based on my experience without being threatened as a response. I have looked back at other bad reviews about this business and every time a bad review is written Wendy threatens slander. The information provided in her response was not provided during our conversations. I have proof of texts in writing as evidence. It appears Wendy has now done research after the fact to appear more knowledgeable in her response here. It is my first amendment right to inform the public of the terrible business practices of this veterinary practice.

Dr. Shah has been absolutely amazing with my cat. As an over attentive pet parent and with his…read morerecent diagnosis of SCC, she's been there every step of the way every time I've had a question or a concern and no matter how many times I want her to look at him. She's always patient and caring and empathetic. I had to take him in about a week ago because he started limping really badly on his back left leg and she immediately did a examination on him concluded that nothing was broken, but that it was a really bad sprain and she was 100% right! He has slowly been working it out and he's walking much better now. But during that time - I also saw her get emotional because his tumor has grown a little bit and she cares so much for the pets she cares for. I also love that the office is open the first weekend of the month as well.

Previous review: Omigosh such a fun pet place for Disney visiting! We've taken our Ahsoka, mini Bernedoodle here to Best Friends a few times now. It's SO close to DisneyWorld and has really good hours. So convenient. The staff are all great and seem to love animals, genuinely. However like everything else Disney, you will PAY. Do NOT use Blue Collar Pet Transport! I ignored my gut and the negative reviews, and I deeply…read moreregret it. We needed to move Ozzie, a berna-doodle from FL to TX and found Blue Collar on-line. I hired them to transport a sick/vulnerable dog, Ozzie, who has chronic Bordaella and an IGA deficiency (translation: catches anything & everything and gets really sick), while I flew to visit my sick Mom. The sales manager promised a professional, private, direct-route transport with no unplanned stops and our harness staying on for the entire trip (it's a contract line item). The pre-trip planning went fine, but the day of the transport was a disaster. First, the driver showed up almost an hour late. Second, after leaving with Ozzy we watched the AirTag (Pro-Tip = put an Air-tag in your Dogs collar/harness) make a 40-minute stop at a random spot off the route to TX. Concerned, I called the driver who initially didn't answer. When she finally did answer, the excuses started ("I was stopping for gas" ...For 40 minutes? "I was visiting my mother's grave" ...Is she buried in someone's front yard because there is no Cemetery anywhere near where you were? Not to mention that her stopping at a grave was clearly not a planned stop in the contract), and 3) At some point, Ozzy's harness was inexplicably removed and put back on backward (in violation of the contract they had me sign and why? What was she doing with my dog?). That was enough to earn a bad review, but that was when it got even worse. Realizing I had a problem with the driver, I called the sales manager for help. I explained the situation, admittedly I was concerned. He listened for a minute and then proceeded to call me "too uptight," cancel the trip, and hang up on me. A few minutes later, he seemed to realize the error of his ways and texted back apologizing for hanging up on me ("It was out of character of me" ...maybe?) and promised a full refund. Ozzy was returned (freaked out...what were they doing with my dog?), and I had to cancel my flight. Later, I was contacted by a customer complaint specialist (seems odd that you need a full-time person to handle complaints, unless you have A LOT). "Hunter" listened to my story/gathered documentation, expressed regret and concern, and promised the owner would contact me to "make it right." As of the date of this review, 10 days later, I've been ghosted...No Refund, No Calls/Responses from anyone. I had to cancel my plans to visit my mom and figure out an alternative method to get my immunocompromised dog home. It cost me lots of extra expenses, cancellation fees, and wasted time. Looking back more deeply at the reviews and info on these guys (12 complaints to the BBB!), I should have trusted my gut and avoided Blue Collar Pet Transport. I also realize that this review will almost certainly be met with a generic pasted "response" or an aggressive, insulting note from the owner blaming me for something to deflect blame from their lousy service (during and after). It is worth it to let others know to Save yourself the pain and avoid this company at all costs! Update: 8/3/25 Don't be deceived by the small businessman act. Richard Hardy is a Bully to those around him (including customers), and Blue Collar Pet Transport doesn't honor their contracts or stand behind their work. He has tried to attack, insult, and blame my wife and I for their mess. He tries to make is seem like an emotional comment made at a difficult time (What were you doing with my dog, off-route, for 40+ minutes, with the harness off, after you left my house anyway?!) completely exonerates Blue Collar Pet Transport from their lies and failures. Yes, lying is sad, but "I'm rubber, you're glue" doesn't work here Richard...I've got RECEIPTS, and I'm NOT going away.
