It's an okay place. Not very clean, but not very dirty. Multiple times I have noticed pee spots on the playground left unwiped, despite the fact that the reception guy is sitting there staring at his phone. But it's okay, sometimes it's a usual practice in a daycare. But I was really confused about their rules for dropping off your dog. If I had been informed about this right away, I would never have started with them. Usually, I bring my dog at 12:00 pm and pick her up at 7:00 pm, which was never a problem in any other daycare. However, here I encountered an issue when I brought my dog. The door to the daycare was locked, and the guy at the reception desk saw me knocking but ignored me until a dog walker from the place passed by and opened the door for me. When I was in, he told me that they do not accept dogs between 12-2 pm because they are supposed to be on a playground during this time with a dog (which was strange for me because this guy obviously wasn't there), so I left my dog in a daycare that day, but I had already decided in my mind that it's probably not the right place for us because it doesn't match with my schedule. That's what I decided, but when I came to pick up my dog, another guy who is working there told me that it's totally fine to bring my dog between this time frame if I ring a bell or make a call. Okay, great, sounds promising I thought, and decided to give them a try and bring my dog the next day. Next day I was a little bit early and brought my dog before 12.00 pm, like 11.45 am, and the same guy at the reception met me with a look saying "why you're disturbing me, I'm doing nothing, just having a good time with my phone", he told me that they were almost closing, I said that another guy who I was talking with, he looks like his boss, told me that it's totally fine, I just ring a bell and make a call, and besides, it's not even 12.00 pm, he said no no it doesn't work this way I misunderstood, while he was saying that the other guy showed up, passed by, said hello and accepted my dog, so what the heck is going on? So, i thought we good, next day i brining my dog rain is puring like crazy i have 100 000 things to do, extreamly busy, running to thie place, rining to the bell, calling to the phone, the guy showing up staring at me, and guess what ? turning the diffrent direction keeping the door locked as same as my money to this place. Well, i guess im there not to play a hunger games, or any other games this poor managment cant sold, im there to take care about my dog. And if you canot manage such a simple thigs like keep your daycare open for a castumers you probably to start to lossing them soon. read more
