I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own. No Limit Strength and Conditioning will never have to talk about community, because they actually have one. Bazillion out of five stars! Right here in New Lenox IL!

She does keep an eye on each of the crossfitter during the WODs and makes corrections on any bad form. Bridget and her coaches are also very supportive of the crossfitters and encourages us during our WODs. She pushes us to our limits! The atmosphere is very friendly and family-oriented. Some crossfitters even bring their children while they work out and Bridget doesn't mind. The WODs are quite challenging. I mean, it IS Crossfit! If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
