I was hooked after the first (or maybe second) session and was excited to be a full time member. Since joining, I have seen a dramatic increase in my endurance and strength. They say summer bodies are made in the winter and I am definitely on my way to shorts next summer! The trainers, Syruss, Kaitlyn and Lukasz are all amazing. They keep you motivated, will make you stretch yourself and ensure that you have proper form to avoid injury. The community is also great! Here's why: -Gym is Super Spacious -Extremely Clean and Well Sanitized -Great Ventilation -New Equipment -Ample Parking -Phenomenal Programming -Seriously Great Members/Coaches Unlike most CrossFit gyms, no-one will be screaming from the rooftops about the "community" and/or challenging you on your pace, weight-choice, attendance. I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own. All of the coaches put in 110% in to make sure all of their athletes are correctly doing a movement. What's great is that they don't do it for the money; they do because they're passionate about CrossFit and helping others become better athletes. I can honestly say I love coming here because I'm always learning something new. The coaches are able to notice when you're doing something wrong and address it immediately because safety is always first. The box itself is always clean and tidy, the equipment is ready for an athlete's use, and they stay organized by posting what the WOD is on Facebook.
