That was six months ago and we haven't looked back. Atmosphere is incredible. Workouts are intense. Prices are fair and we're seeing results. And I wanna recognize one of the coaches, Hope. During the workout my wife overdid it, heart rate spiked, and she started to get light headed. Hope immediately came to her aid, got her cooled down and stabilized. This is an incredible gym and a blast to experience. We plan to be members for years to come.

And they said that Google is in charge of their schedule even though that's not how websites work. Wasted half my day and threw off my plans for the day, all because I couldn't swim during the time that the website calendar and the printout in the lobby that I have a picture of says the pool is open for swimming. I showed up and the swim team was using the pool, but it's not listed on their website or on the printout. They don't provide accurate printouts either.

All I can say is this gym is not for you to bring your kids to because it isn't appropriate. I seen…read morelately so many of these girls in there with these but lifting leggings and if that wasn't enough they now are wearing it so tight that you can see the slit in the front too, like their vee jays are munching on the leggings. They want attention, usually wearing blue or green leggings, makeup and some of them even are showing cleavage. It's annoying especially if you have young daughters who don't need to be around disgraces like that. They usually are at squat machines or bending down in an exaggerated way by cable machines constantly, all the ones that wear these clothes do the same thing. They need to have a dress code and none of that allowed to show. How would they like it if as a guy, I walked in with tights and the outline of my tip was showing? It's not ok and it isn't ok for the girls either. Do something about it because many are sick of seeing it. Easy to spot, just look for makeup and attention seeking behavior and you will see the leggings.

This gym has a bunch of old locals that think they own the gym. They like to do a lot of talking…read moreand yapping between sets to catch up on daily gossip and brag to each other. A lot of self entitlement going on in the gym. They think they have more right to use the equipment than the next person and will shake their heads with indignation and stomp away mad if you tell them you are using the machine. The gym itself is ok, they need to control the temperature better. When its hot outside the gym gets too warm and when it was cold recently the gym was cold inside and they still had the ceiling fans on at low speeds. They need to keep the gym at 70 degrees. Even ACSM recommends temperature of 68-72. Besides this the gym is good and you can get a good workout. The machines arent new at all, but they still function and get the job done. They have good freeweight selection and smaller weights in ab area so its not a bad gym, just some of the people make it annoying.

Great kids program!…read more My 8 year old wanted to do cross fit and work out. I was super nervous at first and watched then like a hawk with a skeptic eye. Turns out, it's a great program. He attends a class averaging 8 or so. There is usually only about 5-6 at a time, but did get up to 12 kids a few times. There is the minimum of one trainer and he directs the kids thru a variety of age-appropriate activities. They start with stretches and warm ups. They use different types of equipment set that is set for their use during the class. This is a great place for my hyper child to expend some energy, learn proper techniques, get familiar and comfortable gym equipment and environment. This has been a great program while he is between sports.
