I'm impressed. My wife's body greatly improved after just a month of going everyday. CrossFit was causing her back issues and she was carrying a lot of inflammation bc of it, after 16 years that will happen. Even with adjusting the poorly programmed CrossFit/functional fitness workouts, adding scales and changing the workouts altogether, there just was not enough change or healing. Her friends recommended hotworx, and she took a leap of faith, accepted their invite and showed up. Most excellent decision Her body changed immediately. The proof is in the pudding they say It's what her body needed. She still squats, and moves barbells regularly, as we picked up some equipment for her in the garage. Certainly don't miss paying those outrageous CrossFit/Functional Fitness dues Give it a shot, you won't regret it. read more
