I have been Instagram stalking them for a while now and finally had an opportunity to quit creepin and actually participate. No matter how many times you go to a gym or to a new place, you always feel like everyone stares at you when you first walk in. Well, maybe they are but each coach made a point come over and introduce themselves. I got a brief rundown of the facility and I was putting my bag away/getting water, more and more kept introducing themselves. Whether this is a one-off, or just the culture of 926, I was ridiculously impressed and immediately made to feel "at home." The workout I attended was a free community workout and it did not disappoint. Greatly programming but then also greatly coaching. I rarely do any overhead lifting. The coaches noticed some form issues and took time to coach me through without interfering with the overall workout. My... Absolute... Favorite... Kind... Of... Coaching. Because let's be honest, we are all competitive and who really wants to stop working out to talk? Even if you really should... Although, I am pretty positive they would have made me if I were doing something a little too crazy. The facility is AMAZING. Large, spacious, clean... AND IT SMELLS SO GOOD. Growing up and working in gymnastics facilities my entire life, I expect to smell feet, chalk and sweat in any workout facility I go into. Not here. I just wanted to lay on the ground and make turf-angels on the floor but I just met these people and couldn't show my crazy just yet. Get in on this ASAP as everything is new, bright and shiny. But really, it was the people that made it awesome. The location is spot-on too. Conveniently located off 73, but once you are inside "the gates" you almost feel like you are secluded and sectioned off from the rest of the world. Kind of ideal when you are trying to get into a certain "zone" to push yourself in your workout. I will definitely be adding CrossFit 926 to my circle of facilities to workout at.

The staffed hours on the sign are a lie. No one works at the front desk or cleans the facility except the owner, who does a very poor job at that. I had the best experience my very first time. I was helped by the sweetest gal named Hidaya, she really did a great job giving me a tour and explaining everything to me! She was definitely an added bonus and a big reason I was excited to join. I love this gym. It has so many options for workouts inside the sauna rooms but I also love that there is an open gym. The provide a workout you can do there as well. Which really helps. I'm so happy I joined this gym. I love how private my workouts are, I feel like it allows me to go all out and not be self conscious about who else is there watching me. You can use the app to book your workout sessions in advance and that is so great because it holds you accountable. It gives you somewhere to be at a certain time and that's what I need in my life. I live by my calendar. The gym is also 24/7 access which is amazing. You get your own unique code to use at the door. The other day I went to workout because I was stressed after a work meeting and it immediately eased my mood. The sauna expereince is just different and really perfect for me. I had a amazing time using the sauna studio, but towards my second week my daughter signed up with me .. she was super excited to join. Our first session together gave her the push she needed to start a healthy work out plan. Well, after her first few days over the past memorial day weekend I was sent a text that I brought an unauthorized guest and that my account will have $20 extra fee for the following month and to note that no one pregnant should be in the sauna and also I would need to have the proper mat to be in the sauna. Well I was a bit taken by the accusations that I had a pregnant unauthorized guest with me. It was my daughter who came with me that was just signed up a week ago. I went to speak with the staff @ the highland Creek/ prosperity area Hotworx and was said that it didn't look like the same person who I signed up. Not only did she looks different but she is now being viewed as pregnant woman. I told the staff that's the reason she is signed up because to work out because of her wanting to loose weight and her problem area was her abdomen area. Upon talking to the staff one person in particular asked how can we fix this? She went on to say She didn't look like the same person..mind you she was the front desk staff who actually help my daughter get signed up.My daughter was very hurt by them thinking she looked pregnant and was / is not pregnant. Never once was I asked who is the person with me at the sauna or a phone call to inquire. When I went in they said on the video that is always recording she looks different. I immediately asked to cancel my membership. The person who texted me was Taylor at hotworx Highland Creek.She did not allow me to verify or give and information before assuming what was seen on a video.

The workout got me sweating which is always a great thing! The facilities are open and well stocked with equipment, free weights, boxing bag, and lots of other hardcore exercise equipment.
