The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. I've gotten my arms waxed multiple times and never have been told that. I honestly just think it was the technician that I had..cause if I had Aja, it probably wouldn't have been so terrible.
