These young men understand the meaning of service and good will. You will enjoy your visit with them. It is refreshing that there are locals this personable these days. We'd like to see them become Dealers for REGENCY https://www.regency-fire.com/en/Products/Wood/Wood-Inserts/H2100 -- for example-- since we know from experience a good living can be earned by providing this sort of value: We've owned wood furnaces, fireplace inserts, and wood stoves including having purchased three from REGENCY. We'd rather buy wood heat from men we know and will be looking for at least two stove installations before next winter and would prefer it to be from a full-service outfit like HOTSHOT has demonstrated. read more

I found Jordan and Hotshot Chimney through some yelp reviews when I was searching for a chimney sweep online following a new home inspection I received for my new house and decided to give them a shot based on their reviews and pricing. Initially there were some issues with the repair of the chimney that I wasn't happy with... So why 5-stars? I'm actually posting this review because of the level of professionalism that I experienced from Jordan, and the Hotshot crew. Jordan took my call about the issues I saw and took full ownership of the issue. He even offered my money back, but I just asked that he make it right... Well....he did....Jordan came out personally to inspect the issue, and his guys came out multiple days to make it right and worked hard to get it done. My chimney looks good, The repair job is done and hopefully not, but hopefully one day I can keep Hotshot's in my back pocket for any future repairs. It's rare these days that companies especially in trade's stand by their work instead of walking away from a job or leaving the customer with a headache and a mess... Hopefully this review with instill some good faith in new customers that Hotshots is a good go to place for your home and chimney needs! Thank you Jordan, and the crew! read more

They showed up early and inspected my chimney. Fortunately it was in good condition and they didn't need to clean it. $100 charge for the inspection included climbing on the roof to check the cap. Worth the money. read more

Super professional and thorough service. Took the time to explain multiple safety measures and the reasoning behind fire place issues, chimney fires, etc. etc. Excellent job of preparing the surrounding area so that no debris made it into the living room. I was also recommended a repair person for the slight cracks that were discovered. During the cleaning. Highly recommend. read more

Jordan has an incredible crew. Logan, Tyler, and Ashton were very professional. They knew what they were doing, and it gave us a lot of confidence. If I could sum up Jordan with one word, it's professional. Not only was he punctual, he worked fast, clean and was so informative. He sent me all the information I requested, walked me through what could be done later and what was imperative now. Living in the mountains chimney care is essential and I can't think of a better way to describe Hotshot Chimney Sweep other than essential. For those still on the fence, pricing was competitive. From one small business owner to another, I will look forward to using your service exclusively every year. Thank you again. read more

Jason went above and beyond to explain everything to me as he performed a very thorough inspection of my fireplace and chimney all the way from the fireplace to the chimney cap on the roof. He was very honest and didn't charge me for a cleaning as it didn't need one (I would not have known if it did or didn't, but he showed me a picture of my chimney compared to one that needed a cleaning - big difference). I highly recommend this business. read more
