Back in the day, Hotline used to be considered one of the trendier stores. Now, it has shifted to the back burner for when you have no other options.
Located in City Cross Rundle Mall, the place is bright and stock is well displayed.
The staff are a bit inconsistent, sometimes friendly but other times completely ignoring you. Even when you are trying something on or obviously moving towards the counter to make a purchase, they still don't acknowledge you until you're standing a meter away from them and staring them straight in the face like, "HI. I'M HERE."
I bought a few nice tops from here a while back only to discover two of them didn't have the security tag removed and another had a tear in it. When I brought them back to be fixed up, they didn't apologize or say anything remotely near good customer service. Oh well.
The range of accessories here is okay and quite affordable. They stock brands such as Ladakh and Bardot as well. Some may argue about the target market of this store (namely teenybopper girls) but if you find something that looks good, then why not. read more
