    Harvest Hall

This Grapevine landmark opened in 2020 and has revitalized the downtown area with a touch of class and elegance. We have visited the hotel several times to have a drink at their bar, Bacchus, or in the adjacent Harvest Hall. One of the managers, Dumar, has often visited with us and provided a top notch hospitality experience. He excels at his work and clearly loves it. In November 2021 we did manage to stay here one night and it was an incredible experience. The staff couldn't have made us feel more at home and the room was beautiful. Excellence is the catchphrase here and it shows on all levels.

Loved the location, the outdoor and roof top ambiance, cool aesthetic and overall look. Hotel room itself was small, wish there was another nightstand. Not sure if the autograph vibe is like super alcoholics or something - never seen the mini fridge stuffed with alcohol - couldn't even put leftovers in there which was annoying. But the hotel room was clean and the location was central.

We came here this weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday at their igloo holiday pop up. We started off with some drinks and appetizers inside the hotel bar area. Love the ambiance of the hotel, so cozy and charming! I ordered the tuna tartare which was delicious, and the phyllo puffs with a creamy mushroom filling that was also so yummy. We then got checked into our igloo experience and we had such a fun time! The igloos are decorated with cozy blankets, rugs, chairs, couch, and tables. They also include an outdoor speaker you can connect your phone to so you can play your own music. The experience comes with a bottle of wine and a cheese or chocolate fondue for up to 5 people. We got the cheese fondue but also ended up ordering the chocolate fondue for an additional $60 or so. The fondues were yummy and the 90 mins we had the igloo was a great time! Service was good and attentive as well. Cute idea for some holiday fun!

I went to the hotel to listen to live music. I really enjoyed myself. It was my first time at the hotel. I appreciate that they have a parking garage, and the first 90-minutes are free and then a $1 each additional hour. The hotel offers live music in the Spring on Friday nights and Saturday nights. One of the hotel staff, I think he was a manager Trey, was super helpful and made sure that our fire pit was lit and allowed us to ask questions about upcoming shows and we gave him some feedback on how to make the event even better. The hotel also has a food court and a restaurant, so you have multiple options for food. I first got a drink and truffle fries from the restaurant. They were both very good. Nice portion size, and they bring the food and drinks out to you if you're sitting at an outdoor table, which was really nice. Then I went to the Food court. I chose to get a Poké bowl and a sushi roll. My friend and I shared a sweet crepe. At both of the vendors, the portion size was totally worth the price paid. The artist that played on Saturday night was Bobby Dade. He did a great job! He took requests and played a variety of different types of music. The concerts are outside, so if it's a little chilly, you'll want to bring a blanket or a jacket but it was a really nice vibe and I can't wait to go back to listen to music.

Food on floor at Harvest Hall. Not an isolated event. Feet slide on the dirty floor. Dirty tables in front lobby. Employees unconcerned.

We came here for an overnight stay to relax and enjoy the charming historical Grapevine area. This hotel is part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, so it's on the premium side. We were upgraded to a king suite, and the interior had a nicely decorated, artsy vibe. The suite was spacious enough for a small family. The hotel is connected to Harvest Hall, a food hall with plenty of dining options. It also has a nice bar and a fancy restaurant, making it a popular spot for locals looking for a night out. There's an outdoor area where they host live music in the evenings. Overall, the hotel meets high-end standards and is very walkable. I recommend it.

    Bubbles all down the sidewalk

This review is sadly overdue - this was back in late January. We did not stay at Hotel Vin, but rather celebrated my fiancé's birthday in a Winter Wonderland Bubble. We had read about these bubbles the past couple of years and wanted to have the experience so I surprised him with dinner in a bubble. The bubbles were directly outside of the hotel's restaurant with a fairly well traveled sidewalk between the bubble and the restaurant windows. Likes: 1. We had a private bubble for just the 2 of us. 2. We could change the color of the bubble - green meant we needed the server but all other colors are fair game. 3. The chairs were all covered with really soft blankets. Dislikes: 1. We do not drink wine and there was not an option that did not include wine or some sort of credit towards other beverages so we basically paid for something we did not have. 2. It was pretty expensive, but I knew that going in. What was not advertised online was that they would tack on a service charge of 18% (I believe it was 18%). 3. While the food looked good, it really wasn't. 4. We were in the first bubble outside the door of the restaurant so there was a lot of traffic in and out of the door. There was also a lot and back and forth on the sidewalk. It was really distracting. Overall, my fiancé had a good time so that is really what matters to me. I thought it was a pretty bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

Rustic cozy bar in the VIN hotel. Reservations are a must! Bar staff were top notch and toasted our anniversary. No food/snack offerings which I believe are needed. Even if it's a tiny charcuterie plate or nuts. Overall it was a very nice experience.

we spent a nite for our anniversary & dinner at Bacchus- everything was phenomenal not a detail overlooked fr the moment we arrived the staff was fabulous special to kudos to aimee, who was an absolute delight & definitey a valuable asset to your company dinner was amazing & we had an attentive waiter, Baris our room was gorgeous & comfy but i must add special mention to Khoury/Jayden Bimini who was always visible wherever we were w a delightful smile & always ready & eager to accommodate i would highly recommend hotel & restaurant the amenities food & staff rate over 5 stars

I haven't experienced the hotel yet, but I really enjoyed the Winter Wonderland experience! We came for a girl's night and chose the three-course meal and bubbles which was perfect! The service was exceptional; the igloos are so cute and decorated nicely. The food was hot and fresh, and I enjoyed the Grilled Salmon and Lemon Tart. They easily made some substitutions for my friends with no problem. Afterward, we went to the Harvest Hall, and there was live music, and I was told the cocktails were pretty good too. They also had a speakeasy as well, and paring is extremely reasonable. I was very impressed with how well-kept the hotel was and the many amenities they offered. Looking forward to staying for my next staycation!

I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a shoutout. Due to my elite status with Marriott we were able to get an updated room that had a large walk in shower and nicer countertops than what come with a regular room. The beds and pillows were comfortable and I slept great. The room was clean and the AC made no noise whatsoever. We did a scavenger hunt in the Atrium for the kid and she enjoyed it. The best part for me was sitting by the "river" below Zeppole and just listening to the water running. It is so tranquil and peaceful. It's my special place that I go to every time we stay at Gaylord. It was a rainy weekend so we did not use the indoor or outdoor pool, but they are always options. It almost felt like a Disneyland resort where everything was in doors and did feel someone One minor complaint I would say is that their check process is kind of brutal. For the sheer quantity of rooms, they don't have a proportional amount of front desk doesn't have enough people so it can easily get backed up and tons of people are waiting to check in They have their own designated elite Bonvoy line, but even at that the line can get pretty long. Lots of great restaurants and dining places in cabin inside. There is an arcade. There's a pool on the gym is pretty nice. And then a couple shops inside. Everything is a great experience. One of these days I do need to come here during the holidays to see what do they have to make things festive. Otherwise, it is a great place to come and visit and stay at.

Room. Spacious and clean, I had read some reviews that concerned me, but I had no issues with anything. Enjoyed having a fridge, stove and cookware/cutlery. The curtains could be moved to completely block out light. Water got hot quickly and pressure was fine. I should note that one of my colleagues did have issues with his bathroom, toilet not working so this may depend on your assigned room. Breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was consistently good. Hot items mixed with a good variety of cold, such as waffles, burritos, egg sandwiches, oatmeal, and yogurt. There was even dairy-free alternatives. It was not crowded throughout the week. The lady who managed this each morning was great, always asking if I needed anything. Amenities. The exercise room was a decent size with bike and treadmills and free weights. Pool was not the warmest, but nice to cool off in during the hot summer. It's just long enough for laps. The spa with timer was nice also, jets were not very strong, and could get crowded in the weekend evening. Service and staff. Staff are not in 24-7, they leave at a specific time, but it's late so was never a problem. They do not turn down the room every day, only on certain days, but I was informed this up front so it was also never an issue. The front desk staff in the morning (early on Thursday), in particular, was fantastic, went out of his way to help me out. Overall, given its convenience to the airport and a number of other places, such as the nearby outlet mall and restaurants, and all of the points above, rooms, free breakfast, amenities, etc, it's a good hotel for any short or extended stay.

The lady who checked us in was helpful, there was only a couple of minutes left to the Social/Happy Hour and she rushed us over and ensured the bar tender got us drinks. The lady who had checked us in had been replaced by a guy who had a less than enthusiastic attitude, he was alone and now he had like 3 reservations to handle plus us - he said he'd have an engineer come to our door, but after 20 minutes no one had shown so down I went again. So at near the 45 minute mark since check-in I'm told the engineer is maybe on some other project and there's really no ETA for him to get to us. And NO, we can't have a different room. Eventually I found that first staffer, the lady, and asked for help again - the engineer arrived about ten minutes later. He found the locks battery was dead and he hooked it up with a USB line to a battery pack. Finally we can get into room 801. We put our bags down and freshen up to go out to dinner, kinda later than we planned, no thanks to this hotel. Coming back from dinner we found the mattress was underwhelming, and the bathroom sink was broken. And the house phone, labeled for a different room BTW, didn't work. So that was that, we got our room changed, after another 30 minutes wasted on slow elevators and low grade staff. In the new room the bed was marginally better, so just acceptable but we found the shower very slippery, it felt unsafe, and there was some moldiness.
