Especially the eggplant sidedish is very good and tastefull and the Zuppa di cozze is fingerlickin' good. As main course i had the roasted pork fresh out of the oven. One of the best i've ever had. Since it's off season we are having a hard time finding the gems or popular but less touristic places. As we walked by and checked TripAdvisor (sorry Yelp, still a long way to go in some countries) I thought it might be a nice place to try. If you travel this island for some time you might have discovered that there are quite some sh*tholes here and 95 percent of the food is the same. I consider myself a pizza lover and not the greatest fish eater. But after 20 pizzas I thought "what the heck, go fish" just to discover they also had meat. I couldn't control my inner "carnivori" and ordered meat. Got a BIG piece and it was perfect. Also loved the patatos (you have to order everything separately here - don't forget) which was good. Coupled with great wine, good background music and, for the first time here, good waiters (plus their English was better then my Italiani (making the hand gesture while typing this) so that was nice for a change. They could actually tell me something about the food and wine, which is nice since that's a big part of the experience. Last but not least; great deserts and nice roof terrace (which I didn't notice from the street). It's a bit more expensive but it's worth the money. Trust me (I know what I'm doing).
