We were directed to this place high above Lanusei in our search for Porceddu (roast suckling pork), and are happily content. We were served a full selection of local antipasti (including local prosciutto), a plate of home-made culurgiones with four sauces, a carafe of a local cannonau, and a plate gnocchi for my son - all for 72€. The food was very good, and Cesare - the owner - was attentive, professional, and funny. Don't be put off by the utilitarian building - the views are wonderful and the service was great. Apparently, it has a great wood-fired pizza, as the locals zoomed in and out taking boxed pizza home. NOTE: you must call ahead to order the roast pork. And this review was typed on their free WiFi, too! read more
