This is a two star hotel so in many ways you get what you pay for. There are also only two hotels in this town. Having said that, the hotel could substantially improve its customer service by doing 3 things: 1. Make sure WiFi is working in the rooms. 2. Make sure the AC is working in all rooms. When it is 87 degrees outside and you are on the third floor with no AC, sleeping is not happening and guest are going to be miserable. 3. With the Camino bag drop being 8 am, and the breakfast not being open till 8 am, the log jam for breakfast is ridiculous. Open breakfast 30 min prior to avoid the long line and no sitting availability for all your guests.
I would also add that it would be good to have someone at the front desk reception in the mornings. Service goes a long way. read more
