Good location and a mellow experience, but lacking a few very useful amenities.
The biggest shortcoming for me was the lack of a bag drop --- on my first or last day at a place, I love being able to stash my luggage with the front desk and explore the city. The self-checkin and door-code system means no front desk. They owners said I could use the bag check at one of their other hotels, which was well out of my way.
The below-street-level entrance tends to flood; I skipped through a few centimeters of water to get in the door.
Otherwise, the room was clean and reasonable, the show was spacious, and the beverages fridge in the hall was more pleasant than a vending machine (though I ended up just going to a market for better selection).
