Rooms are large and the staff is very friendly. I had a king bed that was actually 2 beds pushed together, so it's slightly shorter than expected - not an issue for me. Incredibly comfortable bed and the pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel. Decor is overall kind of weird but I liked it . Lost a star for: the advertised hot breakfast was a selection of cakes, packaged items, and juice but nothing hot. Internet was pretty terrible during our work event during the day. A nice hotel in a great location in Novara. Modestly priced rooms that are on the larger side compared to the European "standard" . Everyone that works here is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was minimal, but I did eat breakfast at the hotel everyday. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. It is an easy walk to the town center. Also, it's located very close to a Carrefour store in case you need any last minute items. The hotel has an interesting decor. As another reviewer stated, it's hard to describe it precisely. There's a lot of old clocks and typewriters to look at, for example. I would definitely stay here again. read more

I was staying 1 night in a superior double room (for single use) and was very happy. I asked for a quiet room and received a room in the top floor to the quiet side of the building. the room was large with a large bath room. the funny thing was the shower with water massage, fancy and plastic, but not really of good quality. the breakfast was ok but not extraordinary. at least it was included in the price. read more
