Last Day in Italy Staying at the Sheraton was such a convenient choice! It's just a 10-minute walk to the gates, making travel so seamless. Plus, having the train station right inside the building offers easy access to destinations all over Italy. Beyond the location, the service, room quality, and overall experience were absolutely top-notch. For me, this felt like a true 5 star hotel The staff restaurant rooms are amazing.

The bar staff was friendly and hustling dispite a guest that was being a bit extra. (In a negative way) I was impressed with the way they handled the situation. My burger was delicious as well. My room is very comfortable as well at the hotel. Close proximity to gates which is perfect.

We stayed at the Sheraton Malpensa Airport on two different occasions during our recent trip to Italy. The hotel is actually attached to the airport, making for an easy transition from the airport terminal. The is also a train station below the hotel, making for an easy trip into Milan. Check-in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Bed and linens were both very nice. Nice restaurant onsite. Decent bar as well. Separate reviews of Il Canneto and Monterosa Bar on Yelp. Nice place to stay if you need an airport hotel in Malpensa, IT.

Nice and convenient hotel adjacent to Malpensa airport where you can easily walk to. Go towards the exit, past the train, and follow the Sheraton symbol. Hotel itself doesn't look fancy and the interior looks worn. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. One issue I had was I took a trip 20 km away at a train station and could not get a taxi back. I called the hotel and told them I was a guest and asked if they could call a taxi for me and they insisted there was nothing they could do. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with a great selection of good fresh food, friendly staff, and great coffee.

Excellent hotel by Terminal 1. As airport hotels go, this is an excellent one. Heck, as *Sheratons* go, this is an excellent one! It's *right* at T1 (turn right to go to the hotel, instead of left to go to the train ticket office), and is impossibly chic in a very specifically Italian kinda way. The rooms are *huge* (more space out by the airport!), with the only downside being that the hotel is long instead of high - which means that you may have to walk quite a bit to get to your room. Ask for a room by the elevator!! The lounge is *excellent*, with a good spread in the mornings and evenings. The staff is friendly, the service excellent, and you really couldn't ask for much more... Bottom line - stay here on your last night if you have an early flight out in the morning!

Very nice airport hotel. Within the Terminal and great for early flights and not having to worry about getting to the airport in time. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.

This was a very conveniently located hotel at the arrival side of the terminal 1, the Malpensa Milan airport (MXP). If you're in the airport, head toward the P2 section to find the hotel Checking in was easy without a line at 9 pm at night but there was a long line the next morning at 8 am. Advise you go early as there is no checkout with the app. Rooms were spacious and quiet - never heard our neighbors or a TV or even anyone walking outside. Shower stall was messy - only a half door that doesn't block all of the water from dripping outside the door or running on the floor. Water pressure from the shower was great as were the amenities - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, mouthwash, shower cap, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste. We were fortunate to have Club level access on the 3rd floor and there were small sandwiches and a salad available to us till 10:30 pm as well as breakfast from 6:30 am. It was an extremely convenient and comfortable hotel and we would stay there again.

If you're flying out of Milan you gotta love the convenience of being in a hotel attached to the airport. The terminal is literally 5 minutes from my room. Makes for super easy getaways. And the rooms are great! Lots of space, superb quality beds and bedding, flat screen TVs, and brand new bathrooms. Oh yeah, I have to mention the outstanding water pressure level. After a week of mediocre showers in the Tuscan countryside, I suddenly felt like I was showering under an opened hydrant. As for the cons, well, this Sheraton is pretty much a clip joint as far as extras go. Pizza and a burger? 33 bucks. Wifi access? 18 bucks. Want a swim in the pool? 15 bucks. Bah. All in all though, this is a great hotel and it's far better than most US based Sheraton's I've stayed at. If you have the cash youll be fine, but for those on a budget, watch out. Four stars.

When the main restaurant isn't open for 3 hours, head to Monterosa. Great staff. HUGE pizza! very flavorful. This is the quattro stagione.

Yes, it's pricey, but I'd book here again! The convenience can't be beat. This was my first time to fly out of Malpensa - so glad I opted to stay here. It's one thing when you know the airport, and now that I know this one, I'd *still* stay here. If you take the train from Milano Centrale, get out at Terminal 1 (pay attention! I didn't hear the overhead announcement till we were pulling in. Thankfully, noticed ppl were starting to rouse and congregate at the doors, so I prepared to do the same). Go up one floor. The Sheraton is to the left, before you head *into* the airport. I'll include a pic because I didn't see it the first time ("always look forward" has its shortcomings too apparently) The staff is impeccable; and they're comfortable and confident to converse in English or let you keep practicing your Italian (much appreciated, Ana!) and professional, they ensure all is capisce. Check in was a breeze. Another staff member came up and promptly offered me a luggage rack which for my pride was thankfully not needed. Just be aware tho that the walk from where the lift lets you out to your room can be easily 1/8 of a mile - and there were rooms much further in! And back again for meals, etc, the airport. If your companions have decreased mobility or stamina, keep this in mind tho I imagine the hotel would provide assistance where needed discretely. I arrived around 1630; the main restaurant doesn't open for a few more hours but they have a good-sized bar in the Italian fashion, Monterosa. Great staff, again. Antonio and Koffi were wonderful, candid, gave great suggestions and good conversation. I fully intended to come back down later for one last real Italian meal but the portions (esp my quattro stagione Pizza) were huge and delicious, I ended up bringing the rest to the room and couldn't finish it all. The fries (an ode to a friend from earlier in the trip) and the tiramisu were ok, tho neither were exceptional. The spremuta was good and refreshing but on the small side and overpriced for it. But fresh vitamin C is hard to come by when trekking in under the wire from Liguria! The room was well appointed; blow dryer included. Gotta luv a wellplaced glass in the shower. Small containers of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. While there weren't an over abundance of electrical outlets, I was able to charge up batteries for two cameras and cell phone and tablet subsequently. And while I hvn't seen this in a while: DO NOT OPEN the fridge unless you need one of the contents. Using the fridge to store your own cold water seems discouraged. You've been warned. And I was so relieved I'd stayed here especially after rolling my luggage down to the entry, out across the walkway into the main airport and then *all* the way to the checkin area for Delta and American Airlines which is quite a good distance. Chatting with the staff, they were commiserating about the trek and warned:"it's about a 20-25" walk to your gate". Heeded. So, yeah, consider the Sheraton esp if you're flying in/out of Terminal 1 at Malpensa.

Flew from New York JFK to Milan Malpensa. Stay here for one night and it was amazing. Assigned a great room, in the morning when I look out from my window. Here goes the great mountain range of Alps. Covered with snow. The view itself is priceless. Its seems that Milan is so close to the peaks of Alps. One heads up because of tightened security measures this hotel no longer store luggage. You have to either put your luggage into the hotel room or take with you and store in the airport. But don't worry the airport is just 5 mins walk away.

I am so disappointed with Marriott Bonvoy Sheraton at the Milan Airport. Did they give me the worst room. Furthest away, moldy, in disrepair because I am an American in Italy. Anyway you slice it off this is what Marriott consists acceptable I will chide another brand.

Bathroom (a bidet is hidden behind the door!)
    Kanchan B.

Great location right at the airport, but it took me two elevator rides to figure out I needed to get off at the lower floor and then exit right to go under a tunnel to get to the hotel. (Maybe it was just due to my jet lag? I want/ need an excuse not to feel dumb). Check in was interesting - they have x2desk, one for executive members and another for the plebs, which did make me feel like a 2nd class citizen somewhat. Also, my credit card got charged an extra 30% on top of my company room rate (wtf?? I was staying 6 nights so that was a major chunk of my credit, gone - not that I was planning on going to any fashion houses in Milan, but still!!) There are only 3 floors, and I was on #3. Like the concept of an all day buffet / grazing place. Disliked the vast space I had to walk across to get to my room. Loved the bathroom - awesome, huge shower with great power jets and a bidet! Also there was a loofah - sweet! Did I mention that I really really love the bathroom and all its amenities - whoever designed it did so very thoughtfully and sympathetically. From the shower head which has all the speeds (gentle rain shower to atomic jet), the in-built non slippery grooves on the shower floor, how spacious the shower feels, the placement of the towels, the loofah (omg! When was the last time u got a loofah at your hotel?!) to the two hooks by the side of the door, as well as the bidet- I am just a fan! But I wish their toiletries would also up the game - seriously, who wants to use a body soap that uses Red-5 as a component? And we are in Italy - there are tons of Eco-friendly options that are better for the skin and which also don't hit the purse too harshly.

    Drew O.

They still edit your reservation for more than a night charge you a full extra day and give you one less night towards your elite status. Check in is always painful long. The lounge is awful. Breakfast is a gross. Fatty watered meats and only hard boiled eggs. Never can get room service on the phone; it just rings and rings. Hope Marriott dumps this mess.

Roundabouts were the most exciting. The airport is large, especially if traveling to the US. When dropped off check the monitors for the check-in area. Hotel Cervo offers a shuttle service to and from the airport up to 11pm at night for €3.00 per person. When you arrive in through the gates of the hotel the main hotel building housing the reception is immediately to your right with a second block of rooms facing you. Also on the ground floor is the dining room/bar. Our room was in the second block with our door opening onto the courtyard area. This block reminds me of a two-storey motel style building. As you walked in the decent sized bathroom with shower, toilet and sink was to the right and the bedroom itself came next. It's the same as hotels all over really. Bed, bedside tables, cabinet with TV on top, wardrobe. It was clean and a very generous size. Only downside was the bed which had pillows like sheets of paper they were so thin, and the bed was twin beds zipped together. I realise this means they can use it as a double or a twin room, but it's not the most comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was extra, I think €7.00 for a continental breakfast buffet; yoghurt, cheese, meats, fruit, pastries, cake, etc. It was nice but not terribly memorable. Thank goodness he did change our room, to Room 210, in the inside building, because the heat did not come on until 11 PM. The room is basically furnished, nothing too fancy, but it was large enough and quite clean, as was the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, we watched TV for the first time on our 12 day trip and there were over 100 channels (99 of which were in Italian), there is a mini-bar, but you need to go to the front desk for the key (we did not), and there was good enough space for our bags. One thing to note, not sure if all showers were as small as ours, but I weigh 130 pounds and am 5'6", and it was a struggle to get into it. It is square and the two sliding half doors meet at a corner, so it's a REALLY narrow opening. Breakfast, at 5 Euros per person was nowhere near as fresh as other, more expensive hotels offer, and you can get only one cup of coffee or tea, but it was more than adequate, especially at $44 USD per night. We ended up eating lunch at the hotel and was quite excited when I saw a burger on the menu. I wasn't excited anymore after eating that burger. It was terrible. On a positive note, I was given a discount on the meal for being a Hilton Honors members with status. We ended eating dinner at the hotel as well and the dinner was no good. Both the food and the service were bad. Again, we were given a discount for being Hilton Honors members with status. The hotel filled the need for a bed, a shower and WiFi. There was visible mold growing in the shower tiles. Check out was easy and fortunately I was able to get the car out of the parking garage without issue. Two stars.
