This is a beautiful property with great views and friendly staff. They offer a small simple breakfast in the morning, and a simple but sufficient room.
There were a lot of mosquitoes around the property, and a very weak wifi signal. It's a long walk to get to the property from the nearest place where cars stop, which itself is a long drive from Capri (30 euros in a cab). The hotel offers a very infrequent shuttle service, making taking the bus (cheap but hard if not fluent in Italian) or taking a cab necessary to get around the island.
There's no restaurant on site, so if you get there late, you'll be hungry. They can order delivery from a nearby place, but the food we got was just bad - to the point that I think my neighborhood cheap Italian food in Dallas, TX is probably better (while everything else we had in Italy was phenomenal).
I wouldn't stay here again, only because I'd rather stay in Capri itself. The cost savings is not worth it, with all the time and expense . But if you are here, it isn't bad - just not great. read more
