The hotel is in a great location by the smaller marina. The shuttle service runs every 10 minutes which is free. Loved that. The restaurant is fine. We are there for two dinners and breakfast was included. My only complaint is that the room is on the small side. But the front desk was very helpful and gave us an upgrade for free so we got a balcony instead of a French balcony.

Our recent stay was awesome and exceeded our expectations for the rate we paid. The hotel is about a 20 drive from the port (call the hotel and arrange for pickup - it's just 6 euros pp). Once you arrive to the hotel, you just need to pull your luggage up a ramp about 25 feet. The hotel is secluded which I like, but with complimentary shuttle rides into the center of town (7-min drive) which operates from 7am - 2am, what's not to like? We made friends with the drivers, particularly Raffaele. About the hotel itself, let's start with the staff which were friendly, but I have to say the front desk is not managed well. This was the only downfall, BUT it didn't necessarily affect our stay; we would totally come back. So upon arrival, we were early for check-in and were told to come back at 11am, which we did. At this time, there were about 3-4 groups checking in at the same time we were, so naturally we had to wait. The weird thing is if anyone was checking OUT, the staff would take them first. It didn't matter if you were waiting to check-in for over 30+ minutes, they put checkout guests first and made them a priority. It was really weird; never experienced this with any other hotel. At times, they would say, "Anyone checking OUT?" If someone said yes, they would call those people up first. So not only did we have to wait behind 3-4 groups checking in, but we had to wait for anyone checking out as well, even if they just rolled up to the front desk. They need a better system bc this is not working. Aside this minor issue which was not a dealbreaker, they were friendly and attentive when necessary. Breakfast was not included in our stay but I took a peep when I was getting change; the breakfast looked and smelled very good. The gym is super small, but it has what I needed to get through my sessions. They have two bikes, two treadmills, and one stairclimber that did not work. They have a good number of weights and a bench. It's also not air conditioned (has just a fan) so it will feel like a steam room most times. The room is pretty big; I mean I am not used to this in Europe and I did get a room for three, but still, I could've easily had four or maybe even five in there with comfort. The décor is bleak, BUT aside that, it was very spacious, had a balcony, safe, and fridge. Also note there is a mirror outside the bathroom which helps when you have two girls getting ready. Oh, there is a pool (or two) but we were too busy to use it. Complimentary wifi worked fine. Overall, a great hotel and I would stay there again!

We enjoyed our honeymoon here. Although the rooms are very simple and dated, they are spotlessly clean. Sheets and towels changed everyday, fully cleaned bathroom, all new toiletries. What really earns this hotel 5 stars are the following reasons: - amazing views - restaurant has terrific food that can be ordered for room service for only 5€ extra. I highly recommend so you can enjoy a meal on your patio. - huge breakfast buffet - very reasonably priced food and drinks - free shuttle to piazzetta every 10 min or so - nice staff - two pools - very short walk to beach - did I mention super clean?! We would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the location as this side of the island is much prettier than the Marina Grande side, price, cleanliness, tasty food, and friendly staff.

    Shuttle cars to the hotel.

For our last night in Capri we were driven* over to The Weber Ambassador {Hotel} for dinner on their spectacular covered patio overlooking the Marina Piccola and the beautifully calm Tyrrhenian Sea. In traditional Italian style we were served up 4+ courses: First up was a bruchetti [pizza] to share. Outstanding chewy crust covered w/ tomato halves, olive oil and fresh basil. Among the best pizza we had during the whole trip. Then came the pasta! Their cheese ravioli is the best ravioli I've ever had. Seriously. Six freshly made, large round ravioli's filled with a super smooth blend of caciotta, parmesan and percorino cheeses, and covered in a smooth light tomato sauce. No other ravioli I've had anywhere else will ever come close to these, I am now ruined for all future ravioli's. And quite honestly none of the other courses beat out the ravioli... The roasted chicken was solid - cooked up in a mushroom & tomato based sauce and served with rosemary potatoes. Delicious little cubes of potato. I wish they had given me more of these. This dish also came w/ a simple salad. And last but not least - dessert! Rum soaked cake + vanilla cake with lemon cream + a shot of lemoncello. The cakes were good - when they say "rum soaked" they are not kidding. Combined w/ the lemoncello - dessert was booze filled and fabulous. Staff at Hotel Weber was fantastic. Each and every server who came out, whether to fill wine glasses or deliver the next course, had a smile on their face. And its worth mentioning again - the view from the restaurant is stunning. The beach, the marina, the Capri hillsides. Absolutely stunning. *Complimentary shuttle vans running everyday from the Piazzetta.

Great location, horrible reception, management staff but the service at the restaurant and help very nice and polite. Guys at the reception and the managment need to learn customer service or get down from their high horses, it was actually funny way they acted. Service at the restaurant was not bad at all. Drivers are awesome, they are super polite - good customer service. Location - great, cleanliness - ok, food could be better, breakfast buffet - wonderful for what you paying for.

View from our room and from breakfast. Ya hrs everywhere in Marina Piccola.

Second year in a row. Great location! Shuttle bus every 10 minutes or so going into town. Breakfast buffet with terrific views.

Although the hotel needs an update, It's still spotlessly clean and VERY comfortable.... Also, let me tell you.... the service is top flight. Giovanni is a hands on owner. He'll shout and let you know when he's happy or unhappy.... BUT, HIS STAFF IS LOYAL!!! They give great service. THERE IS NO DELAY!! What the hotel lacks in updates.. it makes up for in service.... INCREDIBLE VIEWS.... AWESOME BREAKFASTS... FAIR PRICES!! Nicola, Antonio, were my "go- to" guys. They were amazing! ALWAYS a smile. Zuleika was courteous! Alessio was happy! Pasquale a gentleman. The staff is always on top of their game! Giovanni asks a lot of his staff.. they give it! This is my second stay here. The insides of the hotel are the same... but he added this amazing pool ( could use a lil touch up in 6 years) with a jacuzzi( with a jacuzzi Carabinari too!) The place is THE BEST DEAL ON THE ISLAND!! YOU MUST get a deluxe room. IT IS WORTH IT!!! They have shuttles to town every few minutes. I can't say enough about the place. GREAT WORK GIOVANNI! You are tough.. but your employees give you all you ask because your place runs SMOOTH!! EVERYONE should go to Frank Sinatra's favorite hotel. If it's good enough fro Frank.. it's good enough for me. The views from the hotels location will literally take your breath away. If there is a civilized place in the world with a better view... let me know!! GO THERE! Room Tip: Take the deluxe room with balcony and direct sea view. The view is PRICELESS!!! I want to add photos of our balcony room view.. they are staggering.

We stayed a little over a week in Capri Town and about a week at the CA in AnnaCapri. I didn't want to leave. We booked the Chef's table at Terrazza di Lucullo, woke up to breakfast's on our private terrace, enjoyed our days in the stunning swimming pool sipping cocktails and eating oysters. We walked their gardens and snuck a few of their cherry tomatoes. We cancelled a few of our dinner reservations because we did not want to leave the property. To top it off, CA is located in AnnaCapri and fully accessible by taxi. So you don't need to walk much while here. You can also take a boat to Fontelina from here, taxi to Paolino or Il Riccio and enjoy a very easy stroll to Zuma. This is it for Capri. I can see the equivalent notoriety of Punta Tragara because of the Faraglioni view, but it loses to CA in all remaining categories. You don't have to take my word for it, you will regret it yourself on your first sweaty hike to your PT hotel lobby.

We had booked a vacation rental for our night in Capri, which turned out to be a bogus booking that left us in a panic to find last minute, alternative lodging the Saturday night before Easter. While I spent an hour plus on the phone with VRBO support, my husband was able to reach out to front desk staff at Hotel Quisisana to find us a room. The staff were very sympathetic and kind regarding our situation and not only found us a room, but a room that was a spectacular upgrade from our other accommodations. We had a gorgeous view of the sea, a large patio with seating, two separate bathrooms (one with a large tub I had an indulgent soak in) and what was likely the most comfortable bed I've ever enjoyed in any past stays in Europe. We thoroughly enjoyed being pampered in their hotel bar, where we enjoyed people watching from their patio seating; the bar staff kept bringing us all these delicious snacks throughout our two rounds of drinks. I've stayed in some high end hotels in Southern California (U.S.) that I used to count as my best hotel stays ever...but Hotel Quisisana now stands as the most luxurious hotel I've ever enjoyed in my life. And because it wasn't yet peak season the hotel was quiet... even though the island was full of tourists everywhere. It's a 5-star hotel and as expected, the service was fantastic. For example, on a chilly evening, we wanted to have our dinner outside to enjoy the sunset so, they brought two heat lamps; we wanted something different to eat than what was on the menu... they modified what they had to cater to us. This was at their bar area; note that they also have a 2-star Michelin restaurant onsite - L'Olivo. They also have a 1-star Michelin restaurant called Ill Riccio where we had our dinner one night and it was good but, the view there is amazing. Ill Riccio's dessert room is something I have never seen before. Pros: 1. Service at the bar area 2. Breakfast is served at their L'Olivo restaurant and it's pretty amazing... the decor is also very pretty 3. Our particular room was really big... had his and her bathrooms 4. Right outside of the hotel can be chaotic with many tourists but once you are in the hotel, it's serene Cons: 1. Front desk reception can be warmer... but just ask for the concierge instead and you'll get much better service 2. The hotel is in Anacapri; not in Capri or the marina where the ferry drops you off... this can also be a pro since those two areas can be crowded with tourists A special shoutout to Giuseppe at the bar who really welcomed us and some great cocktails. Definitely recommend this place.
