Haley showed us around the hotel and gave us a touch of history of where Oliver Cromwell stayed, the trap door that led to a tunnel that led up the street. The ghosts that occupied different areas. On finally arriving at the payment window, I sat for a further 5mins with no service. When I was asked for payment, I was not given an apology for the wait whatsoever. At the food window I sat and was not acknowledged by the member of staff. There was absolutely no effort it in speeding through orders, staff were chatting, and the staff member at the window was dancing and singing, still not acknowledged me. After a further 6mins I was asked to drive to the next window. I explained I'd been in this queue for 35mins, she simply said the chesseburger is still cooking. No apology for the wait or inconvenience. The food 3ad finally brought to the window and i asked her to wait whilst I checked the order. It was missing a large fries. Again no apology for the error and no apology for the waiting times. Appalling customer service.
