The rooms are minimal, spacious and always clean. The food is good and from local suppliers although the portion sizes probably don't justify the price tag. That said the breakfast which I believe is included for all guests is very good. Unfortunately my German is poor but the staff all speak pretty good English. The centre of Munich can be reached by the nearby tram if you don't have a hire car (for which I'd recommend Sixt rent a car)

Breakfast was delicious with many options to try. It was very convenient that there was a grocerie store and convenience store in the back. We also were close enough to take a short train ride right into Marienplots.
