This is good in that you get to sample best of everything but drawback is you either have to be a gentleman or lady and hold back on going for seconds or be the greedy one. I was with a group of girls so I figured I was going to come out on top, but these girls had big appetites and I ended up on missing seconds mostly. The dishes are quite small so I think your going to end up having to order more then what you would normally but options were great. Some the food options we had were basturma, hommus & pickles ( nothing exceptional), haloumi with honey ( this dish had nice flavours and honey complimented it well) , chicken with zhoug ( tasted good and decent sized portion), pumpkin fatteh, with sour yogurt and pepitas ( pepitas really complimented this dish added a good crunch to the soft pumpkin ) , quail, fennel, currants & tamarid ( tasty dish but small and didn't get chance to savour it ) & final dish we had was fried cauliflower with almond tarator & mulberry molasses ( my favourite dish by far the cauliflower is perfectly spiced and creamy texture ). This place has a nice vibe. Small and intimate feel to it with nice cushions and decorated well. Would be great place for a date but think 3 people is enough to share dinner with unless you want to end up feuding.

It practically reached up, smacked me around, then hugged me in a warm, buttery embrace. And I couldn't get enough. Seriously, I picked up three (THREE!) slices of cake to take away - the gluten-free almond orange cake, the lemon-lime tart and the tiramisu. Okay, so I also got a soft, almond finger biscotti dipped in chocolate. Let's be honest - I was completely blinded by their dessert science, so don't expect this to be a balanced review by any means. But if you're looking for cake, Zigolini's cake will make you want to shove as much as you can straight into your face and take the bits that can't fit and rub it directly onto your skin.

The staff aren't particularly welcoming and sometimes it feels like they're doing you a massive favour serving you your food. The foods not that great and it's quite pricey. I've been there a few times for "lunch meetings" and it seemed we were not the only ones....when I was there it looked like many a deals were being brokered over the table. Mains cost upwards of $25 and take awhile to get to you - definitely not a place to visit if you're in a rush.... If you never visit here, you wouldn't have missed too much.

They have a killer breakfast menu that's served all day. Took my family here when they were visiting from the states. We ordered the Mediterranean breakfast which came with poached eggs with truffle oil on olive sourdough, served with char-grilled haloumi, crispy pancetta, semi-dried tomatoes, spinach & chorizo! Very delicious, I highly recommend. We also ordered the trio tasting plate so we could have a little bit of everything. My husband ordered the shakshouka (middle eastern breakfast) it was ok, we were expecting more from this dish, it was a bit bland. They offer some great coffee! If you're in the mood for some booze, they offer some great cocktails, beer, and wine. The staff are friendly and the place is always packed. I would recommend making a reso before you show up.

It was a busy Sunday afternoon but we accepted the 1 hr wait and boy was is worth it! The food was amazing!!! I had the brunch breakfast burrito and being a Cali girl it was hard to order because you know all the awesome Mexican food is in SoCal :D if not Mexico, it was so yum! My breakfast burrito was deconstructed and delicious. Look at my photos, the burrito included chorizo cooked fancy, spiced up perfectly scrambled eggs and flour tortillas (or corn tortillas). I also had a bit of my aunty's white truffle oil scramble eggs WOW! I will never be able to eat normal scrambled eggs again! We will definitely return before we leave Australia! I forgot to mention how wonderful and helpful the waitresses and hostess are! My apologies for the multiple updates as my international cellphone and wireless connection at our temp home was acting up.

Taste: Mediterranean Bowl: consisted of quinoa, avo, feta, beetroot hummus, poached egg, and dukkah. It was hearty and fresh. But it got a bit boring towards the end. Pomegranate Cured Salmon: avo, poached egg, and sourdough. The salmon was delicious but there wasn't enough of it. Overall, it was a good dish. Iced Chocolate: probably one of the worst iced chocolates I've ever had. I hate it when pompous brunch restaurants try to hard and ruin something so simple. The iced chocolate was so bitter and had absolutely no sweetness to it. People who order chocolate drinks want something chocolatey and sweet. I wanted something bitter, would've ordered a coffee. Service: the staff were polite and seated us quickly. Food and drinks came out soon after we ordered it. Location/Atmosphere: located 5minutes walk from Bondi Beach. Cosy cafe with modern furnishings and nice decor. Recommendation: if you can, get the deal on Dimmi, because it's definitely worth it. I recommend you avoid the chocolate drinks at all cost. Hopefully they'll see this review and change it. I'd definitely will be back because it's a great deal and the food was good. Cost: Food: $19.50 + $21 = $40.50/2 = $20.50 Drinks: $5 + $3.5 = $8.50 Total: $29

They offer a large outdoor patio with a even larger dining area inside. Being in double bay, you're bound to pay more for everything since it is more of a upscale kind of neighbourhood. I ordered the soft serve cone. The flavour changes every once in a while. At the time it was their tiramisu flavour. It was delightfully delicious! It was a twist of mascarpone with a generous drizzle of chocolate on top with a lady finger. *warning* the icecream melts extremely fast so you have to eat it ASAP! Lastly, be aware that this icecream cone is $10. I would recommend going there when it's a flavour you'll really enjoy or else you could get something like this elsewhere for half of this cost. The reason why I gave this place 4 stars is because it wasn't the most welcoming feeling when I entered. The hostesses were relatively nice but something about the atmosphere felt uncomfortable - and it's very pricey!

I came here with dear old mater on a mumsy-sonsy date. She was armed with a voucher of some description that gave us a share-style meal for two with entree, mains and dessert and it kinda sorta almost blew me outta my pants the food was that good. I don't know what I expected, but whatever those expectations were, they were exceeded. Is that possible? Anyway, that's what happened. Entrees were beet, goats cheese and rocket salad with walnuts, some kingfish sashimi served with grapefruit and watermelon, and salt and pepper calamari with chilli, all excellent. Main was this giant slab of beautifully juicy sirloin cut into thick slices with sides of Parisienne mash, wilted spinach and baby chats and adorned with caremalised onions. I didn't know whether to salivate or masticate, so I did one then t'other. It was so big we couldn't finish it, which is some kinda travesty I tells ya. Dessert bordered on molecular gastronomy. There were three things, the winner being a kind of hard toffee ice cream larded with frozen fruit and topped with a cube of the most delicate pineapple jelly that melted on your tongue so fast you weren't sure you actually ate it at all. There was a chocolate pudding with raspberry coulis and one other thing that I can't remember because sour apple cocktail. Oh, and we were the only ones there on a Tuesday night. I mean, place was just dead. Which was fine with me. More for us.
