The beds are uncomfortable, made of separate pieces, and extremely noisy every movement makes the springs squeak. The mattress is thin (around 7 inches) and feels cheap.
The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. On top of that, there are refugees living on the property, which was never disclosed and made the stay feel misleading.
The laundry situation is just as bad. The washing machines are very small and cost 4 euros per use. When I tried to get coins, the front desk would only exchange a 5-euro bill, making it nearly impossible to get the correct change. As a result, I wasn't able to wash or dry my clothes at all during my stay.
