This Parador in Chinchon did not live up to the very high standards that we have come to expect. There was only one bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, the telephone didn't work, the waiter for dinner served us stale bread (we sent it back), and my wine glass was dirty. We had drinks in the bar before dinner and the "pincho" was a crummy small bowl of potato chips. Definitely not up to the caliber of other Paradors. Lo siento.
