Offering everything your heart desires: - a huge bread & croissant selection - cheese assortment - charcuterie - milk substitution (!!) - healthy granola - a lot of chopped fruit (papaya, mango, pineapple, kiwi..) - yoghurt - warm porridge - fresh orange juice (make your own) - boiled eggs (make your own) - grapefruit & orange juice - delicious coffee - a lot of spreads & confitures - seeds & grains (!!) Pretty much everything was organic. Very friendly & welcoming service & environment. We loved it to bits & would for sure come back! I imagine it to be very pretty in spring, summer & fall too!! This time we stayed at the brand new Holz100 rooms and it was absolutely fabulous

Every course was delicious, delightful, fresh and beautifully presented. I am blown away with the service and the elegance of this meal. It is one of the finest dinners I have anywhere and I highly recommend these fine people and their excellent dining experience.
