It was absolutely stunning and amazing. The shower head was like a rainfall, the bed was two twins put together, must be an EU thing. It worked out. We ordered food and beer here. The pizza was to go, and it was fantastic. Service was polite and kind, and the view is to die for. I mean literally over the side of the cliff or mountain. It was fantastic. You will spend some money staying here, but well worth it. I went to climb to the top of schlithorn and they had some spare hiking poles for us. They had a laundry deal for you and a few other amenities for you. Even better, then water is spring fed from the mountain. You really couldn't ask for anything better. For dessert, apfelkuchen was a must to have. Since I didn't get any in germany. So weird. This was delicious. She had a burger with egg, and fries. Absolutely amazing. Just check out the pictures here. I had the swiss cheese and pickle/caper pasta. I mean, pickles and cheese is a british thing. Huge huge fan of it, and the swiss did such a great job with it too. Service was alittle longer than normal, but totally worth it. You are not their for speed, you are there for the view and the company. I mean dang, I got both. A beautiful wife to enjoy this moment with, and an amazing meal. Thank ya

One thing I do find strange is that once we get the servers bring the food, nobody ever comes to check to see if you need anything, they just disappear. It's not just this restaurant but almost all the restaurants we visited in Switzerland. I took a star off because of that. Once lunch was done, I had to go in and find them to pay for the lunch and leave. The servers are nowhere to be found. If travel internationally just use you Apple Pay or credit card to pay. You don't need to carry around local currency.
