Went to Clarity today after calling to make sure they had Tonic in. Drove all the way from deep…read morewest cause they said my product was in. Got there ordered my product for it to not be in the system and the personnel there couldn't put it in the system. According to them only a manager could do it and one was not there and wouldn't be there for another two hours and that was a maybe. Now I have drove all thus way for nothing with no remedy but to come back, like I live around the corner. To have product not in the system so it can not be sold defeats the purpose of a business. To leave your employees to handle such stupidity without support and no way of fixing the situation for the customer is crazy. Why was there not a manager on duty in the premises is crazy if you leave your employees with no remedy to operate without a manager. Please make it make sense.

The third one he gave me was a different brand and that one hit in the store but once I got home, proceeded to be defective as well. Once calling to sort out my issue, I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would have to receive a credit or swap it out for something different. Refunds are not always suitable for certain issues which is understandable, but in this case I was sold defective products. Therefore I did not want to purchase anything else from them. I also don't live near this location and was just stopping in. Manager insist I come back to trade out my item, which would be going out of my way to fix their issue. They sell defective disposables from brands that I've never had issues with from any other dispensary. A faulty one is expected every one and again but three in a row? Employees are amazing and super helpful. Policy and faulty inventory is the issue. In the photo you can see how I had to smack it on my desk to get it to work.
