I like this cinema much more than the other one I have visited so far on the Coast. They have a…read moremuch larger snack area to select from heaps of candy options, more slurp options etc, etc. Not to mention they have a nice bar area, so if you're early for your movie you could casually grab a drink and wait - totally bonus. It was larger, and it definitely smelled better than the other cinema I've been to - but I'm not gonna lie the theatre itself still kind of smelled to me. I was really surprised that our movie wasn't very full since it was still a newer movie and it was a Saturday night - but that's definitely a positive. Don't really wanna be in a packed movie theatre.

Games that I enjoyed playing included Time Crisis 5, Mario Kart Arcade and OutRun 2 SP. I will definitely visit this Timezone again in the future, and try some more of their arcade machines. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you enjoy a good arcade game or are looking to have a fun day out with some friends. It is easy to spend a lot of money here, so I recommend considering one of their combo packages, which appear to be good value for money.

Also, I was short about 1 dollar since we were trying to get ride of all of our Australian coins, and the lady happily said, no worries that's enough. She was super nice and to top it off the coffee was the best we had since our stay on the Gold Coast (better than Zarraffa's, which I am sure is not difficult). The cafe was fully mums and babies (it was Tuesday late morning), and from the menu I saw that there was some delicious smoothies as well as other yummy snacks and cabinet food. Drinks outside are your usual expensive footy game prices (9 bucks something for a mid strength bourbon), but inside there's a proper bar with ice and full strength spirits for a dollar or so cheaper. Had seats on level 1 in the front row on the wing and they were brilliant. Parking is a little annoying, you have to walk what feels like miles to an intersection and back to opposite where you parked to enter the ground, but they have free shuttle busses back into surfers / Broadbeach and a few other places that didn't have too long a wait. Oh - they have flames going off for a bit of entertainment if that's your thing!
