Spots don't seem to fill up that quickly, which is nice - you don't need to wait by your computer. They only have fast and slow lanes though and I think people's interpretations of these are vastly different. Hot tub sometimes seems to be open but sauna is not. Overall a pool that I am grateful to have during these times.

I HATE cold water and didn't plan on using the cold plunge other than to throw a leg in there maybe ..(it was for my husband). If you think voluntarily putting your body in a tub of cold water and ice sounds a bit crazy, google "benefits of ice bath " "cold plunge" At this point we are both using the ice bath daily. I know, shocker right?!!! Why? Because the results are incredible! To name a few, it speeds up muscle recovery after a workout, decreases inflammation, improves mood and the list goes on and on. The sauna is also amazing! We ended up getting a 3 person Finnleo infrared (used by 2 of us) and so glad we did this! We would not have been comfortable in the 2 person model. Some of the sauna benefits we have been experiencing are improved circulation, better sleep, recover better from Soreness and stiffness after workouts.. and more! When it needed a new cover we ordered one from the renamed business. We were told to expect 6-8 weeks wait. It took almost double that because it sat in their warehouse unlabeled. Then the first installer couldn't figure out how to do it so another delay. I tried to finish paying the second installer but he had no invoice and the office would send one. A few days later I got an accusatory call asking why we hadn't paid the bill. After a tense exchange he finally agreed to send an itemized bill. He seemed to think i should pay whatever amount he threw out. They have lost my business permanently.

The most beautiful tiny yellow, gorgeous-tiniest reds, tiniest indigo blues in themiddle was medium size straight-deep red pedals flowers . sadly 2020 and 2021 Fresh Choice Farm been using inferior bad-bad soil, lack of attention once hung and not using nitrogen base fertilizer nutrients when it is needed during those hot sunny days. The owner should have never got personally involved, he needs to spend his days on the tractor or at the temple . *Who ever managed and took care of Fresh Choice Farm hanging baskets division should have never let go and given a huge raise! This place now "only knows how to grow vegetables" only and not flowers. Many people on other forums have indicated better buy your hanging basket somewhere else. I totally believe that!!! We end up throwing 4 baskets bought May 2021 in the trash June 9. We rebought from a different nursery in White Rock that grew beautifully till end of October. Better real black nice soil. We live in Burnaby, we travel throughout the lower mainland looking for the perfect hanging baskets. We avoid nurseries that have showrooms or and sells garden ornaments has these places are in it for fast the money. This place is a farm and the Quality is no longer. they are now total nursery score 2 out of 5, service is 1 out of 5, quality soil 1.5 out of 5, flower arrangement 3 out of 5, Spring-Summer season 2022-2023 I can't see this place improving unless a new owner who hires someone with a certified green thumb that is non-family related.
