Isles have chairs to sit on to try on shoes; television screens for diversion while waiting. The place is really nice and prices are comparable to any tucson store. We went in last night in search of hiking shoes/boots and found a really nice Merrell brand. I need to peruse other stores in SV to compare quality and prices but I would probably go back to Encore to purchase as I really like the pair I tried on. The only gripe I have is the customer service. We walked in and sales associates were organizing shoes, made eye contact with us; however, no greeting nor did not ask if we needed assistance. It was 8pm, an one before closing but still. 3 stars for the store and zero star for customer service.
