The staff was very helpful and professional checking for other sizes in stock. If I lived in the area, I think I'd call frequently to ask about when new stock was arriving for best selection. Shoe boxes only had one shoe to try on, at least the ones I picked up did, maybe the matching pair is in the back to prevent shoplifting. The clearance section is in the back of the store. Isles have chairs to sit on to try on shoes; television screens for diversion while waiting. The place is really nice and prices are comparable to any tucson store. We went in last night in search of hiking shoes/boots and found a really nice Merrell brand. I need to peruse other stores in SV to compare quality and prices but I would probably go back to Encore to purchase as I really like the pair I tried on. The only gripe I have is the customer service. We walked in and sales associates were organizing shoes, made eye contact with us; however, no greeting nor did not ask if we needed assistance. It was 8pm, an one before closing but still. 3 stars for the store and zero star for customer service.

However, she seemed almost annoyed at the fact I was needing assistance putting together an outfit. She pointed out one item she thought would look good on me so I tried it on, when it didn't fit she got annoyed and rolled her eyes at me. She snatched the dress from me and then went back to go get a different size. I don't go in here very often, but usually when I do it's a positive experience. I really appreciate the outfit, but she needs an attitude check.

I was waiting outside for my husband and could hear the owner making fun of me to another customer for wanting to "break up a set" It wasn't marked as a set!
