I came in to return an item. One of their slogans is "in a word, yes" which includes completing…read morereturns. When I was next in line the cashier asked if she could help me and I said yes, I have a Kohl's return. Her response was giving me a hand gesture to move to the side and then she said "move over so I can help the people behind you". Not a "yes", not even a "no". No "I'm sorry, I can't help you" or "Please move to the side so I can help the people behind you". Just a hand gesture like I'm a farm animal. When the next cashier became available and asked if she could help me, I warned her I had a Kohls return and she said "Would you like me to process that for you". I replied, "Can you? Because this lady here just waved me off - didn't even tell me "no" or "yes" like your slogan says". Then both cashiers started laughing. I don't think it was funny at all. It was downright rude, ugly, and embarrassing. I won't be doing any business with Kohls again.

Phone calls were never answered or returned. From Dec 11th through Dec 13th. Showing up on date promised to only be told it was not done. Asking owners wife why no one called me or return calls over the past three days? She replied, well the days not over? Then asking again why no one answered or returned phone messages left? She then said I think it's better if you just take you tote with you. I said, no problem but I wish you told me last week you all were to booked to meet my deadline. That this is no way to run a business and to hire more help. She then wished us a Merry Christmas. Which I replied GOD BLESS YOU! Then as I was exiting the store making it to my car. The husband started screaming at me as his wife was pulling him back into the store. Telling him it's not our fault the work wasn't completed on time as promised. That phone weren't answered and messages returned. I have NEVER had an experience like this in a retail establishment. It's as if he was having a mental breakdown from the pressures of not having a sufficient staff. I will never do business with this merchant again. Luckily we found a merchant between Shawnee and Tecumseh that was able to accommodate our needs with in two hours.

They mark it up 30 % higher then mark it down 50 to 80% I'm not a handwriting analysts but it looks like the same person has been doing this alone for years. I've been shopping there for, well let's just say a long long time. I hate it when people think I'm an idiot. Most of the items are out of date, style, have stains, smell like smoke or have missing pieces. They could make a fortune if they would quit being greedy and try being honest, leave the original prices on and give a discount. If you have been there, you know they are not paying their bills from sales, it's a ghost town. It looks like a front for something more lucrative.

I've found that different things sell far differently in different towns, and that a lot of the European groceries I sometimes find available at Big Lots sell less rapidly in Shawnee, Yukon, and a lot of the other suburbs and exurbs of Oklahoma City than they do in the city itself. I almost always stock up on Appel brand smoked herring, good German-made lebkuchen, Italian-made gnocchi, and other European groceries when I stop by the Shawnee B.L. location.

Although my fault for…read morenot reading the fine print and not paying attention to what I was getting myself into, I had to call Progressive to see what my balance was because I had already paid $722.79 on a $650.00 day bed and mattress, all to find out that I am having to pay $1,505.25 since I went through this leasing option. The sales associate not once told me that if I went through this leasing company I would have to pay over double the amount, nor did he once say the credit interest was over 50% APR rate!!!!!! I called cash money loan places and pawn shops, I called rental places and they told me that this place is charging me 110-120% interest and that even if it was at 100% APR I would only be paying 1,300........ DO NOT USE THIS!!!!!!
